Man's Best... Snake?

Anyone would have wished for a puppy or kitten in the muggle world. Albus? He had a pet snake. He named her Pandora. Albus liked dark stories of Pandora's box as he was one into history and magic at the same time.
He and Pandora laid in be together and she would wrap around his neck lightly telling him stories of the lands her mother hunted and killed mice and anyone who tried to hurt her family.. until she became the hunted by human male who caught and sold for money and show for different Zoos across the world. That's when Harry found her mother Nagini and she was left there alone.
Albus sighed and was sketching her onto a piece of parchment and bit his lip as she talked but stayed lightly around his neck.
Scorpius knocked on the door and smiled "Albus.. it's time to eat. You can hang with Pandora later." He raised a brow at the snake and she hissed, only for him to bring a couple of mice in a cage and a few berries since that's the only thing she enjoyed. She slithered down and into the cage wrapping her coils around two of the mice into place.
Albus nodded and set her down on the bed so she could eat "let me eat then we can continue your story, yes?" Albus asked and she nodded as the boys left.
As the boys reached the Great Hall, Scorpius grabbed his arm and looked up at him
"Scorp what's wrong?" Albus asked and Scorpius sighed "We never hang out anymore. I know we're busy with this so called war, but can we have time alone? And I mean without Pandora.. I miss our time together." He blushed and Albus smiled raising Scorpius' chin looking into his eyes
"You worry too much. You know I'm with you the whole time.. but you are right, we've been too busy worrying about what's next in my father's war. We should do something fun." He smirked and Scorpius nodded blushing still across his face.
They both walked into the Great Hall where Harry was talking to a few of the students crowded around him, telling his story of how he almost died defeated the Dark Lord. Some were rolling their eyes, whiles others were entertained.
Albus raised a brow and wrapped his arms around his father's neck.
"There's my snake child." He laughed and smiled
The students walked off and Albus chuckled
"You sure became a celebrity quickly."
Harry laughed and shook his head "Some of them were telling me how our battle was in the school books already and they asked for a few pictures and ..autographs I guess the muggle kind ask for?" He shrugged and leaned to look at Albus
"Tell me something.. did you know Pandora is the daughter of Voldemort's snake?" He asked and Albus bit his lip but shook his head.
Harry chuckled and nodded handing him the paper work of the snakes in that reptile house.
"At the time before I found out I was a wizard, my Yncle Dursley would take us to the zoo every year for your uncle Dudley's birthday. Sure he was a muggle but he always loved the reptile house.. I never understood why, but I think he knew something back then." He handed him a piece of paper with their information.
"They named her Scales at the time. She was the biggest of them all. She was also pregnant. The snake you have now? She's the child of Nagini."
Albus' eyes went wide.
"You.. you don't think she's on their side do you?" Albus asked and Harry shrugged "That's why I want you to be careful of what you say to her. We know her story but she could be a spy. I want you to keep things that we say here quiet until we know for sure. Draco is going to the cavern and checking it out to see if we have any other spies sending news to the snakes the Death Eaters do have."
Albus nodded and signed. "She's sweet to me to be honest, she's told me her story of when you.. you saved her mother?"
Harry shook his head "I didn't know of magic at the time, it was a mistake because your second cousin Dudley was a spoiled kid who bullied anyone smaller and weaker than him and his friends." He shrugged and chuckled leaned back onto the table.
Draco walked over and placed a heavy book onto Harry's lap
"OOMMF! Merlin's Drake, what's this huge thing?" He asked and Draco put it onto the table turning it the pages of the zoo animals to reptiles.
"I know it's not our business but I talked to a friend of mine who is a double agent within the Death Eaters." He flipped to the snake section of the book.
"From Nagini and Pandora to many others.. they're being used as attack from the skies monsters. I've seen it happen with dragons. They're using the magic in those animals to make weapons."
Harry raised a brow and stood up whistling for his owl, writing a quick letter on the parchment with the book page torn out and sent the owl to Hermione who was with Luna and Hagrid at his hut.
"It won't take long for that snake of yours Albus to do something stupid. Go to the common room and tell her she has a choice.. she stays loyal and we protect her, or we end it right here and now where her kind is burnt." He growled and Albus was becoming scared of his father. Harry was no threat to anyone this got risky having Pandora in the common room or even near Albus.
"Go!" Harry ordered and Albus nodded walking to the common room quickly to talk to Pandora.

It wasn't long until Harry and draco had their wands aimed at Albus where he looked back at them.
"She's agreed to stay loyal. She will be our spy." He closed his eyes and Pandora slithered up to Harry end up his pants to his neck, whispering in his ear.
"You saved my mother then, I owe you my life now. Let me prove to you I am good." She slithered off his neck and around Albus', Albus biting his lip. She took his hand with her tail and stuck her fangs into his palm. Albus yelled out in pain at first but there was a dark mark of her own where she was to be his loyal servant like Nagini was to Tom Riddle.
"She.. she's given herself to me?" Albus raised a brow and Harry walked over looking at the snake bite.
"She's made a soul bite.." he looked at Draco "like you did with Fenrir?" Harry asked and draco walked over looking at the snake and hissed
"You will protect him. You hurt him at all, I know how to kill you even with your soul bite. Your mother was no good to my family when Voldemort existed so don't tempt me with darkness. I will kill you." He hissed and Albus pushed him back hissing louder and deeper
"Leave her alone!" Albus grew angry for the moment and bit his lip "I'm sorry, but this is the first time I've felt free or any darkness in my heart. Scorpius, this family and Pandora are the ones I truly wish to protect. I don't care if I die sooner than later but you're not the only one who loves this family."
Draco sighed and nodded kneeling taking Albus' hands "I know your heart is in the right place, but snakes are known to be sneaky and liars when it comes to protecting their masters. You are her master now so she will protect you like Nagini protected Voldemort. Her soul is yours now."
Albus nodded and looked at his father.
"Pandora told me earlier that the death eaters are not around.. they're hiding somewhere. Even some of the snakes in their cages are confused.. why now?"
Harry raised a brow when summoned the school map, shaking his head "we won't worry about it for now. Take pandora and see if she can hear anything else. I'll talk to your headmaster and see what else we can do around the school."
Harry was already protective over this school once again and he hated the idea of the death eaters collecting what could be trolls again or anyone wanting into this chaos.
