The next morning, Sam walked into the bullpen to find Amy and Rosa talk to someone on call at the latter's desk. "Thanks Rob." Rosa said and dropped the line. "Crime Tech Rob? What's up with that?" Sam asked.
"Someone broke into Gina's apartment the night before and we went to her place last night." Rosa stated. "Oh no, that's scary." the brunette said. Just then Gina walked towards them.
"Oh it was but I couldn't experience the whole taken on gunpoint situation cause I was asleep." the woman said as she stood at Sam's desk.
"Crime tech report from your apartment came back." Rosa started. "Apparently they found a strand of hair belonging to Mario Lopez."
"I bought a lock of his hair at an auction. That's cool it's real." Gina informs with a proud smile. "What'd they say about the prints?" she asked.
"None of the partials returned any matches. Nobody in your building saw anything. We've hit a wall." Rosa informed to which Amy nodded.
"So what do we do next? Do I just look for another apartment? Should I buy a handgun? Should I buy a shotgun? Should I buy an Uzi?" she asked expectantly for some words from the two detectives on case.
"Look, Gina, we've done all we can. This is how it goes with most B and E's." Amy stated. "Mm. All right." Gina said with a chuckle.
"C'est la vie. Let me grab your badge numbers. 'Cause I will be filing an official civilian complaint with the Captain." she said with a cheerful tone and they all three started laughing except for Sam who stood there awkwardly holding her coffee.

"Why did I just receive a civilian complaint about you two?" Holt asked angrily, raised from his chair while Sam stood aside in the office holding some paper sheets with some cake designs to put on the planning board.
"I can answer this. Because your assistant is a goblin." Amy said equally angry. "Captain, we swept the scene, ran the prints, canvassed the building. We followed procedure." Rosa continued.
""Procedure" is just a fancy word for proper order to do things." Gina commented from behind them. "That design looks perfect." she quickly said to Sam, pointing at the picture. "Thanks Gina."
"Yes, that is it's definition." Holt stated as a matter of fact. "This is a miscarriage of justice. I'm gonna haunt your dreams." Gina warned with a menacing chuckle and left the office.
"Why are you smiling, Sam?" Rosa asked frustrated. "Don't blame her, she finally found the cake design." Holt defended immediately, making Amy look shocked at the fact that Sam and the Captain were bonding.

Sam was in midst of filing some reports at her desk while Rosa and Amy talked about how Gina had crashed at Amy's place night and troubled her. Suddenly, Gina walked into the bullpen with an older man in suit following behind her.
"Hello, ladies. Since you have allowed crime to win, I've hired a private investigator to solve my case. Say hello to Leo Sporm." she said introducing the man to them three.
"A P.I.?" Sam asked. "These guys are hacks. You know that too, Gina." Rosa said spitefully as the three female detectives rose up from their seats. "Leo Sporm. How's business?" Holt asked as he exited his office to meet the man.
"You know this guy?" Amy asked. "Everyone knows him. The Picasso of hucksters." Holt mocked the man. "I like that." the fraudster started noting into his notepad.
""Look up who Picasso is."" Rosa read out as she looked into his list. "Sporm. Out. Now. " Holt ordered angrily and the man left with slumping his shoulders. Gina only huffed and stormed away.
