I am personally very sad and disheartened. I can't believe Andre Braugher, our beloved Dad Captain, Captain Holt, is no more with us now. I was off social media for the last five days to focus on my ongoing exams and I just found this out today about his passing. I was just shocked. I don't know about others but the character of Captain Holt and the way Andre had portrayed him on the show got me a lot of comfort and peace. He was one of the best TV dads ever and still is in my heart. He was a comfort to my Jake Peralta like personality and I was always so inspired by their bond. Losing him is like losing Captain Raymond Holt. We've lost two best of the sitcom icons this year. God bless their souls and help them reach the peace they aspire to attain in after life. May they be happy forever. You will be forever missed, Andre Braugher. Our beloved Captain Raymond Jacob Holt.
