Nick was at his desk when he and Terry saw Amy getting up from her seat. "Where you going, Amy?" Nick asked, knowing she was heading outside to smoke. "Oh, I was just going outside to... See this pigeon I've been training." she lied with a smile. Scully looked over at her expectantly.

"It does the can-can." she said confidently to support her lie. "That I gotta see!" Scully said excitedly before running out to the roof side. "Damn it. I made my lie too enticing." Amy sighed. "Fine, I was going out to smoke. Your lame system-reboot thing didn't work." she pointed at Terry.

Holt who was watching from his door whilst drinking his coffee spoke up. "You know, I don't like to talk about this, but many years ago, I myself overcame an addiction. I could not get enough of the ponies." he recounted. Apparently, the Captain had a betting addiction and he would often place bets on horse riding competition.

"What worked for me was replacing my bad addiction with a good addiction... Exercise." he said encouragingly to Amy. "Grab your sneakers, Santiago. You're going me on a lunchtime jog." he said.

"Great! We can talk a little, chat about the job, do some mentor-mentee bonding." Amy said excitedly. "We will exercise in silence. No headphones either." he instructed. "Music is a crutch." Amy said agreeing immediately like a follower.

Nick looked over at Sam's empty desk and felt guilty. "Uh Captain, may I join you two as well?" he asked hopefully. "Sure, Nick. Grab your sneakers as well." Holt said warmly.

"I'm sorry, let me get this straight. You had a giggle pig supplier 20 yards from you, and he got away?" Sam asked in disbelief. "What happened?" Rosa asked furiously. "Your man here failed to follow proper law-enforcement procedure is what happened." Donger spoke up.

"What?" Rosa asked confused as she looked at Jake and Charles. "Always check for ground-level obstructions before initiating a foot pursuit." Donger said. "The ground-level obstruction was your hand clutching my leg. I have claw marks all over my calf." Jake argued back.

"This is not how it was supposed to happen, Jake." Sam said with an annoyed expression. Her pills were giving her a hard time being moody and angry all day cause of the headaches. "I'm sorry, Rosa, can I talk to you in private for a second? Sam, you too? Please?" Jake asked.

"I'll be there." Sam said as she first signed a few files while Jake and Rosa went ahead in the hallways. "Boyle, why don't you show donger what a fax machine is?" Jake had called after.

"Okay, imagine a letter had unprotected sex with a phone-" Boyle started explaining to Donger. "Ugh." Sam groaned before joining Jake and Rosa in the discussion. "Look, it's not just that Donger's annoying. He ruined the whole operation." Jake explained.

"The perp got away because he's the world's biggest tool. No, tools can be useful. He's the world's smallest tool. I'm the world's biggest tool. God! Do you see what he's doing to me?" he started to whine.

"Look, these dealers didn't just randomly start using mailbox keys. There's clearly a postal connection." Rosa reasoned. "I know he's a little tough in the head.. Sorry, dude, you gotta keep working with him." Sam tried to convince him.

"Okay, wait, wait. Let's just put this in perspective for a second. Is this whole war on drugs really worth the human cost of me spending another minute with this behonkus?" Jake asked. "I don't know what "behonkus" means, but yes." Rosa replied.

""Behonkus" means butt, and I think you could have guessed that from context." Jake replied. "Seriously, Jake, I'm asking you to see this through." Rosa requested to him calmly as possible. She and Sam were both getting tired of his complains and from the stress of the task force.
