Living all alone,
With silence as my only friend,
I hear the whisper of the wind,
And the ticking of the clock at night.
With no one to share my laughter,
Or to hold me close in times of pain,
I find solace in the memories that remain.
Memories of the love I've lost,
Of the moments we've shared,
Of the dreams we've built together,
Now shattered and long gone.
Yet, in the stillness of the hour,
I find a calm that's hard to find,
A peace that fills my heart and mind,
A strength to face the challenges that lie ahead.
For in living all alone,
I've learned to be my own best friend,
To cherish every moment,
And to embrace life till the very end.
