Rand Pecknold is arguably the smartest and best coach in college hockey right now and he's lead Quinnipiac to two Frozen Four appearances in three years time in the span between 2013 to 2016. Pecknold's talent is unmatched in today's college hockey because this man can recruit talent from all over the world which brought Yaniv Perets and so many other Quinnipiac legends to Connecticut over the past two plus decades of Bobcat hockey under his leadership. Coach Pecknold has so many accolades during his time behind the bench and it extends throughout the game of hockey.
Pecknold is the best coach in college hockey because he leads a determined team every single season and every single game and it's the reason they were in the national tournament on an annual basis. Quinnipiac hockey has shot forward so far because of the great leadership of Rand Pecknold and he strikes the fear of God into me every time a certain team plays these Bobcats because of the greatness of Rand Pecknold.
This is the story of the 2022-23 Quinnipiac Bobcats as they play through another tough college hockey season en route to a potential NCAA tournament appearance once again for Coach Pecknold.
