After putting on quite the show on senior weekend, the Quinnipiac Bobcats head to Schenectady, New York to play the Union College Dutchmen tonight at Messa Rink. With 15:59 left in the first period, Charles-Alexis Legault scored his second goal of the season to make it 1-0 Quinnipiac. With 3:36 left in the first period, Joey Cipollone scored his sixth goal of the season to make it 2-0 Bobcats. Yaniv Perets and Connor Murphy matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 2-0 in favor of Coach Pecknold's Bobcats. With 18:59 left in the second period, Michael Lombardi scored his eighth goal of the season to make it 3-0 Quinnipiac. Perets and Murphy matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 3-0 Bobcats it remains heading to the third period. With 12:05 left in the third period, Tyler Watkins scored to make it 3-1 Quinnipiac. With 2:55 left in the third period, Ethan de Jong scored his sixteenth goal of the season into an empty net to make it 4-1 Bobcats! Yaniv Perets finished off the Dutchmen and Quinnipiac wins 4-1! Quinnipiac improved to 27-3-3 on the season and 19-2-0 in ECAC Hockey play!
