After a come from behind win the night before, the Quinnipiac Bobcats return to M&T Bank Arena to play the Cornell Big Red on Saturday night in Hamden. With 4:59 left in the first period, Jacob Quillan scored his third goal of the season to make it 1-0 Bobcats. Yaniv Perets and Ian Shane matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 1-0 Quinnipiac we stand heading to the second period. Perets and Shane matched zeros in the second period so, 1-0 for Coach Pecknold's Bobcats remains our score heading to period number three. With 11 seconds left in the third period, Jacob Quillan scored his fourth goal of the season into an empty net to make it 2-0 Quinnipiac! Yaniv Perets finished off the Big Red and Quinnipiac wins 2-0! Quinnipiac improved to 5-1-2 on the season and 2-0-0 in ECAC Hockey play!
