After no mercy was showed last weekend, the Quinnipiac Bobcats head to East Meadow,New York  to play the LIU Sharks on Saturday night on Long Island. With 9:45 left in the first period, Josh Zary scored to make it 1-0 Sharks. With 8:02 left in the first period, Jacob Quillan scored his eleventh goal of the season to tie the game 1-1. With 4:03 left in the first period, Michael Lombardi scored his seventh goal of the season to make it 2-1 Quinnipiac. Yaniv Perets and Vinnie Purpura matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, the Bobcats lead 2-1 heading to period number two. With 15:53 left in the second period, Collin Graf scored his eleventh goal of the season, on the power play to make it 3-1 Quinnipiac. With 14:01 left in the second period, Skyler Brind'Amour scored his tenth goal of the season, on the power play to make it 4-1 Bobcats. LIU Coach Brett Riley pulled Vinnie Purpura out of the net and so, Brandon Perrone filled in for the remainder of the game. With 6:14 left in the second period, Noah Kane scored to make it 4-2 in favor of Coach Pecknold's Bobcats. Perets and Perrone matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, Quinnipiac leads 4-2 heading to the third period. With 3:18 left in the third period, Zach Metsa scored his fourth goal of the season, on the power play to make it 5-2 Bobcats! Yaniv Perets finished off the Sharks and Quinnipiac wins 5-2! Quinnipiac improved to 18-1-3 on the season!
