After a rather dominant win about two weeks ago, the Quinnipiac Bobcats return to People's United Center to play the Central New York portion of ECAC Hockey teams, Colgate and Cornell this weekend in Hamden. Carter Gylander and Yaniv Perets matched zeros in the first period so, we'll skate to a scoreless, first intermission tie. With 13:11 left in the second period, Matt Verboon scored to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 11:56 left in the second period, Alex Young scored to make it 2-0 Raiders. With 5:18 left in the second period, Zach Metsa scored his second goal of the season to make it 2-1 Colgate. Gylander and Perets matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, Colgate maintains their 2-1 lead heading to period number three. With 15:43 left in the third period, Collin Graf scored his third goal of the season, on the power play to tie the game 2-2. With 10:15 left in the third period, Ethan de Jong scored his fourth goal of the season, on the power play to make it 3-2 Quinnipiac! Yaniv Perets finished off the Raiders and Quinnipiac comes from behind and wins 3-2! Quinnipiac improved to 4-1-2 on the season and 1-0-0 in ECAC Hockey play!
