Mizu had no time to figure out why her teacher was here but she remained calm as she parried his attacks as he kept a tight grip on the bindings, preventing her left arm from moving. Cloth wrapped around her waist. Blades extended from her sleeves, freeing herself from his clutches.
With a swift move, she flips in the air and sends the blades toward him, backing him against the wall. She saw an opening and sends a rusty container in his direction. He dodges and it hits the wall but small debris and dust brought out a grunt from him as it stung his eyes.
He blinks and water came back to her fingertips.
Mizu sends an ice attack at him and smoke swells up.
Silence.
Before the smoke could clear up, his cloth wrapped around her and Eraser emerged again on air, and hoisted her up hanging from the balcony. She hung a few feet in the air just like Todoroki did from the Final Exam came back. Crud.
He held the other end tightly as he picked up the fallen yellow goggles on the ground. If it weren't for them she wouldn't have the guts to even look at him. He was definitely terrifying on the job. She silently thanked her lucky stars her features weren't visible because of her mask and the night or his rage would've been off the roof. To think one of his students was in this sort of setting.
Wait. Why am I even scared of him in the first place?
The awkward silence did not make things any better.
Flashing her teeth to make a friendly impression she says, "Hi?"
Unfortunately, the Pro Hero was not one for pleasantries, as his frown remains intact. "What is someone like you doing here, kid?"
She shrugs. "Window shopping for the latest thugs."
He made a disappointed sound from the back of his throat and she avoided his cold stare.
"Well...do you watch the news? Then you would know me. I deal with-"
"I know the type of dealings you're involved with," he snapped back, "What I don't get is-"
CLANK!
The two whipped their heads at the sound.
Mizu looked around. "What was that?"
"You don't know?"
MIzu was offended. "That's not my doing."
Aizawa peered through the window and examines the area. A white transport vehicle had backed up, knocking a few trashcans resulting in a big dent on the bumper.
The driver looked back from his window, shades lowered a bit on his nose and he had a scowl. Another person, presumingly his teammate, ran his hand through his slicked-back hair and pointed at the driver with an empty glass bottle.
"We just bought the damn van dumbass!" He threw his drink on the ground and the bottle shattered before kicking the tire. His movements were sloppy and he hit a nearby brick instead. The driver scoffed and cursed at him in return, dragging him to the front door. "As if I'll allow your drunk ass to steer a wheel!""People really are buying their licenses these days, huh?" Mizu judged.
Eraserhead let his capture weapon loose and she landed on her feet. "We need to get out of here."
