Wands

Sorry I haven't updated for a while. Here's one to make it up for!

Percy's POV
We walked into Olivander's wand shop and rang the bell on the counter. We waited for a bit, and than an old man came out of the other room.
"Hello there. Here to get your wands?" He asked. "I am Olivander."
I stepped up first and said,
"My name is Percy Jackson."

Olivander stepped into the many shelves of wands and came back with five boxes. He handed me the first wand and told me it is a oak tree with a dragon heartstrings core. The wand didn't work for me and norther did the other wands he chose for me that had similar names.

"Well we have a tricky costumer don't we?" He said and grabbed me some more wands. I tried almost all the wands in the store. Olivander grabbed the next box.

"I wonder..." He muttered. Olivander's gave me the wand telling me that it was a willow wand with the very rare core of a Hippocampus hair. I took the wand and it was perfect. Annabeth went next and got a oak wand with an owl feather core. Thalia got a pine wand with a eagle feather core. Nico got a poplar wand with a dragon heartstring core. We paid and thanked Olivander and walked outside. Chiron told us that we had rooms in the leaky cauldron so we headed to our rooms. The bartender, Tom, gave us our room keys. There were 2 rooms. Annabeth and I will share one and Nico and Thalia occupy the other. I walked into Annabeth and mine room and dumped my stuff on one bed, turned to Annabeth and said,
"I'm bored."
"Seaweed brain! We just got here!" Annabeth exclaimed. "Read a book or something!" With that she plopped down on the other bed and started to read. I yawned and took out my wand. It was getting late and I was going to play a trick on Nico and Thalia. I got to there room and peaked inside. Thalia had put sheets all around her area and was yelling at Nico about something or another. I flicked my wand and Thalia's bow and Nico's swords flew towards me. I caught them and ran quietly back to my room. I hid the weapons under the bed, crawled in and fell asleep.
