The next day at school, the trio chatted merrily before class started. "Damn that really happened??"

Their peace didn't last long. Sarah felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned around.
"Hm?- oh." She glared at the two people. Stanley and Gabriel. The police (somehow) didn't know Stanley was behind the murders (six died cause he got stabbed in a vital organ) and was currently a suspect. "What do you want." She looked them up and down as Adam stood next to Sarah in defence. Jonah stood behind Adam, still afraid of Gabriel's history with him.
"Truce." Gabriel held his hand out. He looked her dead in the eyes. He was serious. "Do you seriously expect us to forgive you for everything you did??" Sarah folds her arms, referring to the massacre Stanley had committed.
"Look, I know it was my fault. I've changed. I haven't hurt anyone, have I?"
He had a point. Sarah stared cold and hard into Stanley's eyes before shaking Gabriel's hand. "Truce."
