Levi's POV
Flashback
"Levi, I can't believe you!" I heard from behind. 'Haley?' I thought, I slammed my locker.
"Haley, what's wrong, what did I do," I asked.
"You know what you did," she yelled.
"No, I don't," I yelled.
"I heard what you said about me," she yell/cried.
"I didn't say anything, all I did was tell Nathan that you were such a good girlfriend."
"That's not true, Danika's brother overheard and told his girlfriend who told Dean who told Jackson, my ex, who told me that you said I was a jerk and a terrible person," she crossed her arms, rolling her eyes at me.
"What! That didn't happen," I hollered back at her.
"Levi, don't lie to me."
"I'm not lying. You'd believe your ex over me?" I cried.
"I can't believe you would say that. To think this relationship was going well. I am so over you, your lying to me and saying mean things about me. We're done!" She yelled shaking her head.
"Wait, Haley. Wait" I hollered after her.
This wasn't fair. I can't believe she would listen to Jackson over me. "I'm so sorry bro," Nathan said looking shocked at what just went down.
"I have to go to class," I said pushing him away.
Present
I lay in my bed staring up at the ceiling, a tear dripped down my face. "Knock knock," a voice said from the hallway.
"Come in," I hollered wiping off the tears a sitting up. "Yes?" I asked.
"It's Anna, are you ok? You seemed mad, did something happen at school? You can tell me you know," she said sitting on my bed.
"How did you know?" I asked.
"Older sister magic, now tell me what happened," she whined.
"It's Haley. She broke up with me. She overheard a rumor that I said she was a jerk and a terrible person. She chose to believe her ex over me," I said on the verge of tears. Anna pulled me into a hug and rubbed the back of my head.
"If she chose her ex over you, maybe you were never meant to be. There are plenty of fish in the sea. Haley isn't the only one who will get away from you. You'll date a lot of people in your life and some of them will leave. If you whine about the ones that got away forever you'll never meet someone new. Get over it and go to school tomorrow because you know Haley is wrong and that should be enough," she ended wagging her finger at me.
"Thanks, you always know what to say. I know Haley is wrong about me. I'm not going to continue to sulk about it though, your right. I'll go back to school tomorrow better than ever and she'll know she doesn't have power over me. Her loss," I said triumphantly.
"There you go buddy," Anna said patting my back and leaving the room. "Night."
"Night," I said pulling my covers over my head.
Kristen's POV
I felt absolutely horrible, my head was aching and I felt so dizzy. I lie awake hearing sobs and voices coming from Levi's room. "Hey Kris, you awake?" Anna asked from the hallway.
