max's pov:
i slowly opened my eyes and immediately felt dread.
what the fuck!?
how the fuck am i here?

HOW THE FUCK DID IT NOT WORK!?
my wrists were throbbing, and so fucking swore, so i looked down at the and realized they covered in bandages, and those bandages were covered in dry blood. the sound of beeping got louder and louder as i became more aware of my surroundings. next i realized i'm in the hospital. my head was throbbing aswell, and i just wanted to cry. why didn't it fucking work!?
i tried to move my hands to cover my face, but i could only move one. i looked over to the hand i couldn't move, and saw el beside me. her eyes were red and puffy, and she had obviously been crying. she looked... exhausted..
she looked up at me, and her eyes had met mine and she immediately let out a gasp and smiled.
"oh my god max!" she cried out as she tried to hug me. tears started to stream down her cheeks once again as she started to speak more. "why did you do that!? why? i was so fucking worried about you.." she told me trying to hug me still.
i immediately pushed her away from me and snapped. "don't fucking touch me! get your fucking hands off me! did you do this!? did you send me here!?" i yelled at her. she backed away and stared at me with confused eyes. god she looked so fucking hurt.
"y-yes, max you don't understand i-"
"NO! you don't understand! i cant fucking do this anymore jane! i NEEDED to do this! i HAD to you don't get it!" i yelled at her, this time me being the one to start crying. "you didn't have to do jack shit max! you could of talked to me! i'm here for you and you know this!" she yelled at me. "oh once again there you go with your pathetic ass exuses and lies! i could talk to you so you can go tell the whole entire fucking population my secrets! yeah fucking right!" i screamed at her. "i wouldn't do that to you!" she screamed back as she stood up.
"yes you would! don't fucking lie to me like everybody else does jane! you don't care about me and neither does anybody else! WHY COULDN'T YOU JUST LET ME FUCKING DIE!?" i screamed louder then i've ever screamed before in my life.
"BECAUSE I LOVE YOU, YOU FUCKING IDIOT!"
as those words left el's mouth, everything went in slow motion. my ears were ringing, so i didn't know if i heard her correctly. did she just say.. she loves me? no- no fucking way she loves me. she can't.
that's impossible.
"what- what did you just say..?" i asked her feeling more confused then i've ever felt in my entire life.
more tears filled her eyes and she wipped her eyes were her hands, but that didn't stop more tears from rolling down her cheeks.
"i said i love you. i love you max. i couldn't loose you before i said those words. i can't loose you ever. im so sorry- so fucking sorry i didn't tell you when you told me- i-.. i was just scared.. but the truth is i think you are the most beautiful and gorgeous person i've ever met, and i really really wanna kiss you.." she admitted to me with tears in her eyes and shaking hands.
i stayed silent, feel shocked and confused. how is it possible that she loves me? HER? out of everyone in this universe, she loves me? how..?
"before i met you, i never thought i liked girls. but when i met you something just changed.. i thought i loved you as a bestfriend, but i clearly don't. i love you for you, and i want to be there and support you. on everything. forever. i want to be by your side, forever." she mumbled as she sat down beside me.
i was still in shock, and didn't know what to say.

"you don't have to say anything else, i get your probably exhausted and in pain." she mumbled trying to stand up. i immediately grabbed her hand and stopped her from standing up. "stay.."
i mumbled. she slightly smiled but shook her head. "you need your rest. plus i need to go tell everyone your awake. everyone is really worried about you.." el told me. "there are people that are worried?"
i asked her. "yeah.. mom and will have been at the hospital this whole time." she told me. i nodded, not knowing what to say. "i'll be right back." she told me. she was just about to leave the room, when i spoke.
"el?" i asked her.
she turned around and looked at me.
"i need help.." i admitted to her with tears in my eyes.
she nodded and spoke.
"i know you do."
