No Kook are you out of your mind? We'll get caught." "No, we won't. Relax. And just climb out when I tell you to." Jungkook said over the other side of the phone. Y/n took a deep breath, sceptical. "I don't know..." she mumbled. "Y/n, trust me. Hm?" she sighed.

"The guard's sleeping, you can come out now. Use the back door." Jungkook called again after fifteen minutes. "Okay," Y/n said nervously. "I'm waiting."

Quietly running out the back door, Y/n almost forgot to breathe until she saw Jungkook and the bunny smiled. "Come let's go" Jungkook said, grabbing Y/n's hand and leading their way to his car.

Finally sitting in the car,  Y/n breathed out, slumping on the passenger seat. Jungkook chuckled. "We've known each other for far more than fifteen years and you still couldn't catch up to my adventures." He teased as Y/n glared at him through her brows then continued by rolling her eyes.

"You change your personality faster than I change my clothes." She joked making Jungkook laugh. They were both laughing, gradually growing quiet, they made eye contact under the darkness in the car. Jungkook rested his head back on the headrest looking back and forth between Y/n's smile and her eyes glistening in the dark.

After a few seconds of unknowingly admiring each other, Jungkook came back to his senses, suddenly feeling hot and butterflies in his toes. Weird. He cleared his throat and blinked looking forward, making Y/n also realise what happened and break the eye contact, looking down and fiddling with her fingers awkwardly.
Without exchanging any more words, Jungkook started the car and drove off to their destination; the beach. Y/n pulled the window down, feeling the breeze hit her face, making it go numb. She liked the sensation. As she was enjoying the wind simply, Jungkook was secretly admiring her. 

Jungkook and Y/n have been best friends for longer than they could remember. But for a few years, there has been this obvious tension between them that everyone seems to notice. Yet neither of them let their feelings out, afraid they'll ruin the friendship they've had for so long.

Anyways, not long after, they reached their location. Getting out of the car, Jungkook took a bag of snacks he brought for them to enjoy and then walked to the seashore. They laid a clean cloth and continued to sit on it, immediately after opening their snacks and bickering and bitching around. After a good while of laughing till their lungs gave up, Y/n laid down.

Jungkook chugged the last bit of his drink and laid next to her but on his chest, so that he could have a better view of her face. "The stars are shining so bright today," Y/n said, with a strange excitement in her eyes. "You should look at them, you're really missing out." She said now looking at Jungkook who was holding himself up with his elbows.

"I can see though," he stated making Y/n confused. "how?" she questioned. "Your eyes mirror everything better for me than seeing it on my own," Jungkook said staring deep into her eyes. For a mere second Y/n blushed, and then she slightly his arm "shut up" and sat up, rubbing her arms for warmth.

Jungkook furrowed his eyebrows, "you're cold?"
"No, I'm burning and sweating and melting-"
"OKAY never mind."
he rolled his eyes as she laughed. Sitting up too, Jungkook took off his black hoodie as Y/n covered her eyes. "Yah! Why are you stripping right now?!"
Jungkook removed her hands from her eyes but she still kept her eyes closed. "I don't wanna see you naked jeon" she said panicking angling her face as far away as she could. Jungkook chuckled. Nearing her ear, enough for her to feel his warm breath, he whispered, "Are you sure about that?"

Y/n gasped dramatically as she stood up, eyes still closed. "You brat!" Jungkook laughed as he stood up too and forcefully made her wear the hoodie. "open your eyes, you're not that lucky to see me shirtless," Y/n opened her eyes to see Jungkook in a black tee and herself in his hoodie he was wearing earlier. She pouted a little at his teasing.

"Yet" Jungkook continued making Y/n blush as he held her hand and guided her to the bridge in the middle of the beach, where the water hit the shore.

Once stable on the bridge, they both looked up at the full moon that was about to set. Heaving out a breath, Jungkook glanced at Y/n who had her eyes big looking at the moon ahead of her as she breathed long and calmly. "This is so beautiful," she said, her eyes glistening from the moonlight.
"I agree" Jungkook whispered back completely lost in her purity.  Clearing his throat, he picked up some courage and intertwined their hands. Making sure not to look at Y/n. But when he felt her hold his hand back tighter, his lips curved up a little.
The sky was getting brighter as the sun was rising. Y/n was mesmerised by the scene in front of her.

Jungkook cleared his throat yet again, his words stuck. "Y/n?" his words came out as a whisper. Y/n turned her full attention and body towards him, concerned. "Yes, kookie? Everything good?" "I wanna tell you something," he said turning towards her too, not making eye contact.
"But I'm terrified." his voice bearly audible, worrying Y/n even more that she cupped his cheeks for him to look at her and assure him, "You can tell me anything, really. I'm here for you. I'll always be."

Hearing this Jungkook held her other hand too and leaned his forehead on hers, closing his eyes. "Promise me you'll never leave." "Why would I lea-" "JUST promise. Please." one second later, Y/n said out loud, clearly, "I promise I'll never leave you. Ever. Now say."

Jungkook exhaled, tightening his grip on Y/n's hands. "I'm sorry if this makes you uncomfortable, I've tried to hold it in for the sake of our friendship for as long as I could. But now it is getting overwhelming. My feelings. It is not only when I'm with you. It is also in your absence. You just never seem to leave my thoughts. I wonder all the time what you'd be doing. If you've eaten. Or if... we will ever be together in the future. I swear, trust me I didn't plan to ever confess like this but I had to let it-" "Jungkook" she cuts him off but he just continues in nervousness. "-out and if you don't want to acknowledge this then-" she calls him out again but he does not listen again.

So instead, she just gets on her tiptoes and kisses his forehead not only shutting him up but making his eyes go wide.
Y/n giggles at his reaction and then points out. "The sun is already out almost," Jungkook blinks a few times before looking at it.
"Oh right, ee should get going," he says rushing to get the things packed but Y/n holds him back by his hand.

"Don't you think it is unfair not to ask a question and just confess like that? What am I supposed to answer to?" Jungkoom looked at her amused then bunny smiled, pulling her by her waist. "So...will you be my girlfriend?" instead of answering Y/n wrapped her arms around Jungkook's neck and pulled him in a long-awaited deep kiss that Jungkook didn't think twice about returning with the same passion and love.

Pulling away after a good while, they both breathed heavily as their cheeks burnt red like the sun behind them and their eyes glistened brightly like the moon on the other side. "So is that a yes?" Y/n narrowed her eyes at him and then pecked his lips. "If you wanna think otherwise" she teased and then continued to walk away towards the car, leaving a smiley Jungkook standing on the bridge looking at his sassy girlfriend.
