The morning rays of the sun hit your eyelids perfectly as the sun no longer decides to let you sleep in. Shifting in the rather soft bed, you stretch as much as you can without hurting your leg as you try and re-adjust to the bright light that entered the rather large windows. You didn't sleep too well, waking up every few hours because of the throbbing pain on your leg was yelling at you when you tried so hard to shrug the pain off and drift back off to sleep. As you sat up on the bed, you felt your entire body ache as the memories of your fight yesterday are still fresh in the memory of your skin, aching in pain as you gently pushed yourself off the bed. You leg was no where near healed, but you should be able to make it towards Mondstadt today, besides you hated to stay another day doing nothing when you could at least be doing something somewhat productive.
You scratched the back of your neck as you took in the rest of the room you slept in as you eyes fall on your clothes and some new rap to re-dress your wound. You slowly limped your way to the dresser to where your clothes, armor, and dressing laid as you reached out to the dresser to ease the amount of pressure you have to put on your leg. You grabbed everything on the dresser and sighed before pushing off and making your way into the bathroom to get a better look at your wound. To be quite honest, you didn't see how the maid fixed your wound as you were too focused on trying to go to sleep. After making your way into the bathroom you sat on the side of the bathtub, feeling better to give your leg a rest as you lifted up your nightgown to see the blood stained dressing that cries to be changed. You don't even remember how you got the nightgown on, but its much easier than sleeping in your normal clothes. You unwrapped the dressing slowly and evaluated how the wound looked, it was all closed up with a few stiches and some residue of ointment that may have also been used on it. You discarded the old dressing and re-wrapped it to the pressure you felt comfortable with, wanting it to feel a bit tight so you know it wouldn't bleed as bad.
Once you finished dressing your wound, it was time to get ready yourself to go out. You got up to the pile of clothes that laid on the vanity as you took one long stare at yourself in the mirror for a moment. You skin was covered in the scars from past fights or falls, some more faded than others. You knew your body was finely toned for the amount of fighting you had to do, but it never erased the scars you had, they not only served at a trophy but also as a warning. You felt proud of them because you had survived so many battles before, but you were weary if there was one more wound that you wouldn't be able to make it through. You shook your head at the thought, you knew you weren't going to die anytime soon. Not when your life is just starting.
You threw the nightgown to the side and put on your shirt first, then your pants. You felt so lucky to be wearing baggy pants all the time, otherwise you would have cried trying to put on tight pants. They rested nicely at your hips as your shirt just barley made it to the end of your ribcage, leaving your abdomen exposed. You then quickly clicked on your armor on one arm, making sure all moving pieces were smooth before putting on your opposing glove and made your way out of the bathroom to get your shoes on. With time, you became more and more adjusted to the pain throbbing in your legs and being able to walk a bit quicker because of it. You bent down with only your good leg and grabbed your boots, shuffling towards the end of the bed you were resting on so you could sit down and put your boots on. It was a bit harder to put your right shoe on, but it wasn't anything you could handle. With your final shoe lace tied you sighed, pushing yourself off of the bed with your hands and making your way towards the door without causing too much pain towards your leg.
"Miss? Are you already going out?" A maid looked up at from you from the top of the stairwell as you held the railings to descend down the stairs. "You haven't had a full recovery yet I'm sure Master Di-"
