"Come on! You're so sluggish today!" Lumine pulled you around by the wrist as your eyes struggled to stay open more than halfway. Lumine was knocking on your door just before the sun rose to do commissions, you only started your commissions around 8 am.

"Maybe if you didn't get me up so early I would be sharper." You yawned, getting another yank from Lumine as you almost tripped over a root. "Why did you bother to get me up so early anyway..."

"You'll see after lunch." Lumine giggled as you both came up to the balloon that needed to be escorted. You rolled your eyes into oblivion as you readied your catalyst for the wave of monsters that planned to try and stop your balloon. You did a rather lazy job because Lumine had you covered with her geo powers. Both of you were weird by everyone's standards, you bearing horns and a tail and her not being from this world. The weird people always stick together right?

"Hey can you deal with that archer up there?" Lumine yelled as she rolled out of the way of the flying arrow. You threw a few electro daggers at the hilichurl stationed on top of the tower, knocking it down as Lumine summoned a rock on top of it. You shook your head as you realized how merciless she could be at times, luckily she was on your side on things. You both worked on covering the balloon while trying not to get too injured, a few scrapes here and there were unavoidable but Lumine was more insistent on taking blows for you that you could easily manage.

"Paimon thinks you shouldn't be taking so many hits y'know." Paimon bounced in the air as you nodded with her in agreement as the air balloon reached its final destination.

"I could have taken a few of those myself. You're acting weird today you know that right?" You folded your arms.

"There's nothing wrong with taking a few blows for a friend! Besides I'm fine!" Lumine smiled, as she held onto her sword for balance. You and Paimon shared a look as she shrugged and you sighed, making a slow walk back into the city. You kept Lumine at arms length just incase if she fell, but getting closer and closer to the city you let up on your cation as you yawned heavily. The sun was at the point in the sky where you would be getting up by now and getting ready to take on commissions. You felt your eyebags deepen at the thought as you made it past the city gates.

"So, are you going to tell me what you're planning or..?" You turned to Lumine, who looked like her soul was leaving her body at your statement.

"I didn't tell you anything about my plan!"

"Now you did." You chuckled, watching Lumine's face twist into a burst of different emotions as she grumbled. "It's not like you to be banging on my door so early to get my commissions done out of the way. You know something don't you?" You sat down at the chairs at Good Hunter as Paimon made an order of tea pancakes for you and Lumine.

"Well when I heard you had a little date with Master Diluc Lisa and I had to get involved." She smiled as you choked on air, coughing at how much air you took in at once.

"Two things." You choked out. "It's not a date, and how the hell did you find out?!"

"Passing by the tavern late at night has its advantages." You rolled your eyes at her comment. You wanted to just vaporize into thin air now that you know Lumine has word on this.

"I'm not getting all fancy for this. It's not a date and I refuse to take your help to make it seem as such." You sighed.

"That's what you think." She laughed as Paimon returned, confused as to why you looked like you could kill someone. The three of you had breakfast together as Lumine talked about the recent Fatui movement and the current plans on how to get into Inazuma from your information. Lumine even vented a bit to you about Childe and how he got on her nerves so much. You only laughed as a familiar figure walked up to you two.
