You were up before the sun rose, giving Albedo the results of the potion in form of a letter that Diluc so dearly helped you write. It was an unwavering sickness that you had thankfully, hopefully from your results that you gave to him he would figure out how to aid you.
For now though, you took a stroll down to Windrise and made your way to the coast. You sat on the rock closest to the water, watching the fog that still lingered on the ocean.
You never wanted to visit the ocean since it reminded you too much of your home. After everything though, it was nice to have a change of pace.
You longed to hear the crash of the waves and how peaceful it could be.
You also longed to forget the blood stained beaches.
Inazuma was now home to a rebellion against the Shoguns decrees, a battle that had never seemed to end. Ideals were shown through blood, leaving marks of blood blooming flowers in their wake.
You had always thought you could fight with the resistance, but felt you would be too much of a burden for them.
After all, you've been wanted for years.
Now the ocean only carries distant cries from peopl from your birth nation. Escaping from eternity was no easy task.
You sighed softly as you shifted on your rock, keeping on your toes as usual. Day was breaking soon, a call to return to your work and training.
You were gearing up to leave, before hearing something off with the waves. You whipped your head around to now see a humanoid figure in the water.
Your catalyst quickly by your side, it wasn't too long until your familiar bolts lit up the fog. You could have sworn that you were watching the water, how the hell did someone manage to slip your eyes?
Pushing the question to the side, you were now standing on top of the rock, looking at the figure through your limited vision.
"I can see why the Tenryou commission had a difficult time tracking you." A soft voice spoke from the fog.
"If you're here to hunt me down, you won't be returning to see Inazuma once more." You snarled, advancing your bolts towards the figure who you could now see wearing Inazuman clothing.
Your heart was beating at a pace that could give you a heart attack, your relaxed demeanor was thrown out the window for your survival instincts.
If they were a hunter, kill without second thought.
"I'm not here to hunt you down," The soft voice laughed, waking past the fog. "I'm wanted just like you."
Who stood before you looked like a samurai, but this time dressed with the colors of autumn leaves. He looked gentle and carefree, but your guard was still up regardless.
"How do I know I can trust you?"
He gave you a gentle smile before turning his back, showing you something that was slung over his shoulder.
There was an anemo vision on his back.
"My name is Kaedehara Kazuha, I escaped from Inazuma not too long ago."
"Seeing that you're from Inazuma, I take it that you know my name already." You lowered your catalyst, sitting back down on your rock. "But what are you doing out here? Most people who escape from Inazuma usually are found in Liyue."
"But we are not most people, are we not?" He folded his arms. "Besides, Lumine told me I could find you in Mondstadt."
You froze for a second.
