Lena pushed through the students in the hall, her face was stern, jaw clenched and her eyes were fixed before her. A mix of shock and anger filled her and she had only one thing in mind - to find out the truth.

Alasdaire called out to her as he was swamped between the students walking through the halls but no matter how much he tried to call out to her it was nothing but a echoed voice that faded in the chatter amongst them.

Imelda then popped in front of her, speaking quickly but Lena only heard a murmur as she put her hand up and pushed past her friend, which caused Imelda's face to screw into an irritated scowl as Lena walked away.

"What the hell is going on with her?" Imelda scoffs, turning to Alasdaire as he rushes up to her.

"Imelda, go find Sebastian, tell him to get to find us as quickly as he can." He orders.

"What? I don't know where you two are going, you do it-"

"Imelda, go!" Alasdaire shouts, gripping onto her shoulders with a worried look. Her expression turned serious before she gave him a quick nod and rushed off.

Alasdaire continued to trail behind the blonde haired girl, watching as her long black cloak dragged along the ground behind her.

She then stepped out into the transfiguration courtyard, the snow swirled around her aggressively as the day was windy and cold as could be.

Alasdaire's curly blond hair fluttered in the cold wind as his steps crushed into the snow below him. He watched as Lena burst into the transfiguration classroom, her eyes meeting with the two professors. Sharp stood just behind Weasley who was sitting at her desk looking through some papers.

"Lena-" Weasley said gently as she plopped her quill into the ink bottle before her but Lena's angry demeanor filled the room with tension as she walked down between the desks and up to the professor.

"You owe me the truth!" She hissed, placing her hands on the desk with a scrunched nose and curled lip. "Now!"

Alasdaire then entered the room, standing frozen by the door as he watched the interaction but Lena caught Sharp's eyes flickering between her and him.

"Don't look at him, look at me!" She shouts.

"What exactly are you talking about?" Sharp asks with drawn brows as he fixes his gaze on her.

Lena shook her head with a slight laugh, pulling out the book and slamming it onto the table before them. "Explain this."

Sharp's expression swirled from frustrated to nervous as he swallowed hard, lifting his head as he stared down at the black book before them.

"How did you get that?" He asks.

"Does it matter?" Lena asks with a breathy laugh. "You're a liar, both of you are."

"Lena, you are mistaken." Sharp says, but Lena didn't hesitate. She stepped around the desk and gripped onto Sharp's collar, shoving him back into the bookcase. Weasley let out a gasp, covering her mouth quickly in shock. Lena then pulled out her wand and pointed it to the professor's neck, the indentation from the wand that pressed into his skin made him wince but he kept his eyes on hers.

"Don't lie to me! You knew someone was after me, you know how those aurors are connected to me, you knew everything and all you've done is lie!" Lena snarled, watching as Sharp's eyes narrowed, not with anger, but with a sort of pain she's never seen in him before.

"Whoa, whoa, Lena!" Alasdaire shouts as he rushes over and wraps his arms around her waist, pulling her back. "Come on now, take a moment to breathe."

Sharp let out a heavy sigh and then steadied himself once again.
