Jisung stood in the cell phone section of the department store, wondering what phone he should pick.
Both Chan and Lee Know have iPhones, so maybe I should get one of those? Jisung thought to himself as he bit his lip.
Lee Know approached the smaller, taking Jisung's hand in his, as he smiled down at the startled boy, "Pick whatever phone you want, sweets."
"Well, I...I think I should get the same one you and Master have." Jisung's voice lowered as he spoke the older's name, still not comfortable speaking it in public. He was scared someone would hear him call the older Master and think they were weird or something.
Lee Know smiled, "If that's what you want, sweets. What color would you like?"
As Jisung picked out a color for his new phone, Chan approached, wrapping his arms around Lee Know's waist.
The blonde smiled at his boyfriend, placing a gentle kiss on his cheek before he murmured quietly, "Isn't being nice so rewarding, honey?"
Chan nodded gently, admiring their beloved as he picked out deep purple as the color for his device.
"What a beautiful color, doll." Chan cooed, taking out his wallet in order to pay for the younger's phone.
As Chan handed over his card to the worker, he turned to face the two males behind him, questioning "Where else do you guys want to go?"
"I want to go buy more couples outfits." Lee Know pouted, tugging on Jisung's sleeves, hoping the smaller would want the same.
Jisung smiled at the blonde, nodding his head gently, "Okay, Oppa."
Squealing, Lee Know hugged Jisung out of excitement while Chan finalized their purchase.
Turning back once more, he handed Jisung the bag, "Here you go, doll."
Jisung felt excited to have a phone once again. He was wondering what the rules for it would be, but he was sure he'd find out once they were home and setting up the device.
The trio left the store, beginning the rest of their journey around the mall.
Chan admired his boyfriend and beloved as they tried on outfits and spoke about what they'd like to wear together.
Chan was never the one for couples' outfits, mostly because he didn't want to wear colorful clothing. Lee Know hardly wears black, except for staple pieces.
The older was glad that his boyfriend now had Jisung to play dress up with. He could see the joy it brought him.
As Chan walked behind the couple in front of him, watching how they giggled with each other, he noticed that a couple of his men were following shortly behind.
Glancing around, he couldn't immediately notice a threat, but he knew his men wouldn't be following them around without reason.
"Master?" Jisung called out, earning the older's attention.
He turned to see Jisung gazing up at him, a concerned look in his eyes as he questioned if everything was alright.
Chan offered a gentle smile, "Everything is fine, doll. Do you guys want to go anywhere else?"
As Chan spoke with Jisung, Lee Know noticed the men standing a few feet away, pretending to discuss something with each other.
They couldn't fool Lee Know, though. He was so accustomed to Chan's men being around that he could spot them from a mile away.
Jisung, however, was clueless.
"Let's head home, then. We'll set up your phone, doll."
The brunette nodded eagerly, excited to set up his new device and finally be able to talk with his friends again.
-
The only contacts Jisung was allowed to have on his phone were Lee Know, Chan, Felix, and Seungmin.
He wasn't too upset about this, either, seeing as he wasn't close to Hyunjin and Jeongin. Plus, if he wanted to speak with them, he could just do it through Seungmin and Felix.
Chan informed Jisung that he was not allowed any social media at the moment, which made the brunette sad, but he could tolerate that. A break from social media didn't sound too bad.
Jisung looked over at Chan, a bright smile appearing on his face as he felt, for the first time since being in this house, pure joy.
As Chan glanced over at the younger, Jisung pounced onto the male, hugging him tightly.
The older was taken aback, not expecting this from his beloved, but he soon wrapped his arms around the smaller, returning the hug.
"Thank you, Master." Jisung spoke against the older's neck, his smile never fading. "You're welcome, doll."
Pulling away from the brunette, Chan admired the look on the younger's face. It was a look of pure joy and happiness, something he hasn't seen in a while.
"I'm gonna go call Felix!" Jisung squealed as he ran off to his room, excited to speak to his best friend.
Lee Know leaned against his boyfriend as he sighed gently, a small smile tugging at his lips. "Doesn't it feel good to see him smile?"
Chan hummed in agreement, relishing the feeling of warmth he was experiencing. He could almost get used to the feeling, but he wasn't going to expect it to happen again anytime soon.
He genuinely enjoyed seeing his beloved happy and excited, but he knew it wasn't something he could keep up.
Being the good guy wasn't something Chan knew how to repeat, it was more of a freak occurrence that he just accepted.
Turning his face so that they were gazing into each other's eyes, Lee Know beamed up at his boyfriend, "Thank you for showing Jisung your soft side, and for being gentle and kind. I'm sure he appreciates it more than you'll ever know."
Chan nodded, "Can we stop all this gushy stuff?"
Lee Know smiled, "We can." Leaning back, the blonde held his smile as he added, "You know you like it, though."
"You wish." Chan huffed, getting up from his seat. "I'm going to go to the gym with Changbin. I'll be home later."
Turning back, he placed a gentle kiss on Lee Know's own lips before gathering his things and exiting the house.
He needed to relieve some of the emotions he was feeling, and the gym was the most responsible way to do that.
