Chan took a deep breath before entering the house, trying to calm himself before being presented in front of his boyfriend.
Lee Know's been so heartbroken ever since Jisung left, and it pains Chan to see him like that. The blonde has hardly stopped crying, and he spends almost every waking moment locked inside the smaller's bedroom.
After calming himself as much as he could, he entered their house, expecting it to be dark, quiet, and lonesome.
But, to his surprise, Lee Know was on the couch, watching a movie.
The blonde turned as he heard the door open, smiling weekly at his boyfriend, "Hi, honey."
"Hi, love." Chan greeted, placing a gentle kiss to the other's lips. "What are you watching?"
The blonde shrugged, "I just put something on. I think it's a romance." He sighed, feeling a pain in his chest as the word romance felt like a stab in the back.
Shaking it off, Lee Know questioned if there had been any leads on their beloved. Chan sucked in a breath, hesitating to tell his boyfriend the news. He didn't want to break his heart, again, while the wound was still fresh.
But Lee Know can see right through his boyfriend, knowing him too well to notice when he's hiding something. "Tell me. I can handle it."
Chan was about to argue that his boyfriend couldn't handle it, but knew he'd never win that argument.
Plopping down next to the blonde, Chan began to tell Lee Know about Hannah's true mission, how it was, indeed, successful, and how they'll probably never see their beloved again.
Lee Know hung his head, a silent tear falling down his cheek. "So, you're saying he's gone?"
"He's gone, love." Chan managed to respond through the tightness of his throat, his body trembling as it threatened to collapse any moment.
He needed to be strong, for Lee Know.

Jisung laughed loudly as Felix danced around the room while playing Just Dance. The smaller enjoyed seeing the sparatic and chaotic dance moves his friend offered to the game, somehow hitting almost every move.
Once it finished, and he had won, Felix plopped to the floor with an exasperated breath, "Damn, that was hard."
"You were being so extra, of course it was hard." Jisung giggled, earning a chuckle from the freckled boy, "Yeah, I guess that's fair."
After a few moments of comfortable silence, Felix glanced up at his best friend, seeing the sad look in his eyes as he gazed off into space.
Biting his lip, he wondered if he should ask Jisung how he's feeling. He knows the other misses the monstrous duo dearly, but he wants Jisung to forget about them, so he's tried to avoid the topic.
But, that's his friend. And he cares too deeply about how he's feeling. "Do you miss it?" Felix called out, slowly gaining the other's attention.
Jisung furrowed his brows as he moved his attention towards the boy on the floor, "Miss what?"
"Come on, Ji." Felix sighed, moving to sit up so they could speak to each other better. "You know what I mean. I can see it on your face."
Jisung lowered his head with a huff, not wanting to talk about the older two with Felix.
Seungmin was different, he listened and offered a shoulder to cry on. He knew the older two were bad for Jisung, but he treated it like a breakup, allowing his friend to cry and mourn.
Felix, on the other hand, wasn't having it. He wanted Jisung to immediately get over them and move on. He wasn't willing to hear Jisung's cries about missing the only people who showed him true love.
Even though Jisung said he wanted to move on and pretend everything was back to normal, he couldn't. It had only been two months, but those two months of living with Chan and Lee Know had really shaped him.
"I don't wanna talk about it, Lix." Jisung spoke softly, his eyes remaining on his fiddling thumbs.
He did want to talk about it. He wanted to talk about it until everything felt okay. Until he felt he could move on. But, not with Felix.
"Please, Ji. I'm here for you." Felix pleaded, seeing the other slowly break down in front of his eyes.
Jisung sniffled, "I miss them, Lix. And I...I know you guys hate them. I hated them. But..." Jisung trailed off to try and get his breathing under control while tears streamed down his face.
He refused to look at his best friend while he spoke. He knew the other would have this uninterested, sad yet annoyed, look on his face. He does everytime Jisung mentions the older two.
"But, they loved me. Even if in a twisted and messed up way, they loved me. And you'll never get to experience, or witness, the love that they offered me." Jisung continued, hearing Felix sigh softly before getting up from his spot on the floor and resting in front of the boy on the couch.
Looking up at the other, Felix offered his silence as he continued to listen to Jisung cry.
Seeing Felix's comforting eyes made Jisung break down. He began to sob as he fell into the other's arms, both boys now resting on the floor.
"How could I have left them, Felix?" Jisung questioned through his broken sobs, the other only rubbing his back to offer some form of comfort.
He couldn't answer his best friend. What would he say? You had to? Despite you believing that you love them, you don't? It's all manipulation on their end and you're finally free?
Jisung wasn't ready to hear any of that. He probably never would be.
Chan and Lee Know made Jisung believe that they loved him, and they made him believe that he loved them back.
"It's going to be okay, Ji. I promise. You'll get through this." Felix whispered, holding his friend close to himself as the other continued to let out his emotions.
I don't want to get through this.
