Chapter fourteen

Bobby Pov

I get home after Christmas expecting my daughter to be in her room but she's not. I searched the whole apartment and she's not here. I noticed some thing on the counter and I see that it's addressed for me. It's her handwriting, I open the letter and I read it

Dear dad,

By the time you're reading this I will be long out of LA. I just need time for myself. I will return definitely for your wedding if  you let me know when it is. If you ever need just text me but I might not respond right away.

I left because I couldn't stay here anymore. A lot has happened this month and I just need to get away from it. I hope to be back in a couple of months and hopefully return to the 118. I'm just not in the right space to go back to work or to make my life perfect again. I was seeing someone but I didn't work out. I guess I was never meant to be with someone.

I hope the next couple months are amazing for you. But always remember I will be coming home in a couple months. I love you dad and I always will! Finding you was one of the best things that ever happened to me in a very long time.

What? What? This can't be happening! I start crying, I can't without her. I just got her back and she not also safe on her own. I pick up my phone and I call her multiple times but she never answers. So I call Athena

A=Athena B=Bobby

A: hey is everything ok
B: I need you
A: hey hey, what happened? Are you crying
B: I need you Athena
A: I'll be right there

I hang up the phone and I wait for her to come. I check Alyssa room and I see that a lot of her things are gone. She really left, she really left!! I wait about 10 minutes and then the door open, I look to see Athena coming in very concerned

"What happened" she says and I hand her the letter she reads it and you can see sadness in her face

"She really left" she says and I nod

"Who was she seeing" she asks me

"I think I know who" I say

Hen Pov

I get the mail when I get Home with Karen and Danny. I looked through the mail to see a letter addressed to me and I can tell it's Alyssa hand writing

Dear Hen,

I'm sorry but I won't be babysitting Danny for a while. I left town for a couple of months to try to clear my head. These past couple weeks I haven't been myself and I just need to get away. I'll be back in a couple of months. Tell Danny I say hi and I'll see you in a couple months

From Alyssa

My bestie left, my bestie left. I knew something was definitely going on with her. This past week she has been completely not herself and I can tell today's she was acting like she was fine but really she wasn't.

"Who's that from" Karen asks me

"Alyssa, we're not gonna have a babysitter for a while. She went away for a couple months" I say and she look sad

"I could sense something was up with her today. Like she was faking her emotions" she says and I nod

"I felt that same also" I say. Please stay safe Alyssa

Eddie Pov

I'm really screwed up, I don't know what I was thinking. I don't love Shannon, I love Alyssa. Turns out Chris Asked Santa for two things for Christmas, One was for Shannon to come home and the other was for me and Alyssa to be together. I really screwed up. I heard a sound at my Front door, I look out the window and I see a car driving away. That's Alyssa's car, I go to my front door and I open it. I see something in the mailbox, it's a letter.

Dear Eddie,

I love you, I really do! But you really hurt me. I don't know if I can ever forgive you. That's why I'm leaving LA, i'm going somewhere else for a while. I will be back but it will probably be in a couple of months. I just can't do this anymore, I was happy in my life turned unhappy when I found out about you and Shannon in bed.

A couple weeks ago Christopher asked me, if me and you were ever gonna be together. I told him I don't know he told me that he wanted us together. I loved when we were together, I felt really happy. Happy then I have ever been in a very long time. I felt safe around you, I felt a spark every time we kiss. I knew you were the one for me but I guess not. Shannon is the one for you. I hope you two are happy

Don't message me anymore, I won't answer and I never will. Tell Christopher that I'll miss him and I'll see him soon. Have a nice rest of your life with Shannon!

From, Alyssa your ex

No, no, no, no, this can't be happening! I want you Alyssa not Shannon. I love you Alyssa not Shannon. I grab my phone and I start spamming Alyssa's phone.

"Dad, you ok" Christopher says and I don't realize I was crying

"Yeah, i'm fine buddy" i says and comes over to hug me

"Is Alyssa coming over" he asks me and I nod no

"She not Buddy, she won't be coming over for a while" i say and Chris looks sad

"Will you two not be together" he ask him and I nod no

"Aww, Santa didn't make one of my Christmas wishes come true" he says sad

"I'm sorry buddy, maybe in the future" I say and he nods

I really hope the future we end up together again!
