Dee's Dream

"Dad! dad! It's my birthday." Kiyadee at the age of  7 knew she was loved and cared for her family was happy. Today was her birthday and as any 7 year old girl would be she was ecstatic basically bouncing off the wall.

Karou her brother tried calming her down all day but every time he said. 'calm down.' she would just reply. 'I can't it's my birthday!'

She was always such a happy girl thats for sure her parents used to say her brother was a strong Bear who could defeat the strongest of creatures, Her sister Amaro was a intelligent owl who knew so much and was the wisest, Kiyadee was a cat a little sneaky and mischievous but also such a bright essence.

They told their children stories about the creatures and always started it off like this:

The Bear was strong but he was sad , the Owl was wise but lonely and the cat was playful but had no one to play with. One day they all met each and became the best of friends. Although they where an odd bunch they completed each other. They became family and was alway there each.

They told the little ones the adventure of the 3 animals. Karou soon got too old for them but still listen attentively. Amaro said she didn't want to listen to little kid story's but deep down she loved them and Kiyadee thought no matter what she would never get sick of the story's.

Earlier Her dad went out to a bar he was In Distress there family wasn't well off for the most part they where poor. Her mum had a job as a local sewer fixing all the terse and holes in clothes which brought barley anything in. And her Dad had two jobs one as a fisher man and the other as a stall worker. Kiyadee didn't know when her dad went for which job the way she knew what job her Dad had just worked was if she smelt sea salt and fish. But no matter what she would run up and give her dad the biggest hug when he came back to tell him that she appreciated what he did.

In the bar Kiyadee's dad overheard some Sargent and lieutenant discussing about how they where gonna attack a earth kingdom city and he gave them advice.

At first they made fun of his clothes told him he probably had one too many beers and he should find a stall to market. But when he opened his mouth it was different story they where stunned on how he knew soo much about war tactics. And they used then which led them to be victorious. They also told him they wanted him to speak to their higher ups.

Obviously he would pass it so agreed and went home happier than ever. It was his daughter's birthday today and he wanted to celebrate and tell them the good news. On his way he brought her a cake it was small but he knew his kids would appreciate it.

When he can home he felt relaxed but also ashamed all his children cramped in one small damp bedroom in a house that squeezed and squashed then he didn't want his kids to grow up poor he would make them proud.

"Daddy!" From around the corner Kiyadee sprung up and wrapped her small arms around her dad. "Where playing the yes/no game." She burst out.

"Oh that seems like fun. But I do think it's time to cut the cake." The little girls eyes lit up. "Cake?! CAKE! You got me a cake." They usually didn't have cake on birthdays only special one like turning 10.

The Whole family surrounded their wooden dining table in the cramped living room and cheered for Dee which made her even more happy. She couldn't believe it. She was getting cake on her birthday. They all presented her with her gift. Amaro knew how much she loved pretty rocks to she got her a yellow crystal it was beautiful and Dee jumped up and hugged her sister happily. "I'm happy you like it. I had to trade both my my fluffy pencils for it."
