The suit

I wake up the next morning and open my eyes slowly, realising where I am.
„Oh you're awake, I hope I didn't wake you up." Bucky says.
I yawn and sit up, looking around and my eyes focusing on him.
He's standing in the bathroom door, with shorts and a manbun, no shirt.
„I tydied up a bit." he says with a smile.
I look on the ground of his room.
„Great."
„How'd you sleep?"
„Goo- no wait, how did you sleep? Did you sleep? I didn't mean to fall asleep before you, I wanted you to rest." I say and look at him.
He walks up to me and sits down next to me.
„I fell asleep some minutes after you, don't worry. And I slept very good." he says.
I nod.
„I'm glad."
„You?"
„Me too."
„You're very cuddly." he says and chuckles.
„What? No."
„You claimed the whole bed for yourself and it's already made for two people."
„Well.." I chuckle. „I'm not really aware of that if I sleep alone".
I see him blushing slightly, but look outside.
It's rainy.
I do my hair in a bun and look at my phone.
It's 8.23.
„Are we gonna do something today? I mean we trained yesterday, so.." I ask.
„I don't know, I'd say we go downstairs, huh?" he suggests.
„I'm just quickly changing.." I say and stand up.
But Bucky takes my wrist.
„Wait."
I look at him.
„What's wrong?"
He let's go of me and stands up.
„I just wanted to say thank you, for what you did for me tonight."
I hug him.
„You can always count on me, I promise." I say.
„I know."
I slowly let go of him.
„Ima wait for you." he says.
I nod and leave his room.
‚He didn't wear a shirt.. the scars looked painful, I don't wanna know in how much pain he was when he got the arm.' I think and I step into my room.

I quickly took of my hoodie off and put on a top.
Bucky waits for me outside.
He has put on a shirt.
We go to the lifts.
As we walk into the common room, Natasha and Steve sit on the couch an talk.
„Morning." he says.
„Hey."
Bucky just nods.
We sit down to them.
„Are we gonna do something today?" I ask.
„I don't think so." Steve answers.
I nod.
„So what were ya talking about?"
„A mission."
„Uhh, what kind of?"
„A undercover mission, there's a masked ball soon and many criminals and CEO's of weapon manufacturer will be there." he explains.
„Also some old Hydra agents, which we're planning to arrest." Natasha adds.
„And who's going to do the job?" I ask.
„What about you?" she says and looks at me.
„Me?"
„Her?" Steve says. „No, no, no! That's a bad idea, maybe in some months, but not now!"
„What? Oh come on! She has to learn how to do missions. Aside from that, she knows the most of being undercover!"
I look at Steve, he doesn't seem to like the idea that much.
„I'm not sure about this." he says.
„I'll train her, the mission is in two weeks and she's a fast learner." Natasha responds.
He looks at me and sighs.
„Okay, do that."
„Yes!"
„But-."
Natasha rolls her eyes.
„I'm gonna decide in two weeks if she's going or not." Steve says.
„That's a good deal." she says and looks at me.
I smile and nod.
„And who's going with her?" Bucky asks.
„What about you?"
„Me?"
„Him?" I ask.
„I mean, I-."
„He's never done a mission like that." Steve says.
„Then Ima train both of them for the mission!" Natasha says. „They only need to get close enough to the criminals to get some information. Then we'll take over."
He sighs again.
„Okay."
„Very good."
I look at Bucky.
He shrugs.
„We'll start today." Natasha says. „1pm at the gym."
Bucky and I look at her and nod.

As we continued to talk about the mission, Steve got called.
„I'll be right back." he says and walks off.
Natasha turns to us.
„You'll guys do great, I promise. He's only talking it bad because he wanted to do the mission himself." she says.
„IIt'll be fun." I say and look at Bucky.
„Sure." he responds.
Some minutes later Steve comes to us again.
„Y/N, Ima need to talk to you for a second." he says.
I nod and stand up, following him out of the common room.
„What is it?" I ask, a bit of a shake in my voice, cause it's not always good when Steve talks to me after he got called.
„First of all, I don't think this mission is a good idea, they'll recognise you and get you. Bucky and everyone else will find out the truth about you." he says.
My expression is serious now.
„Is it a bad thing?"
„No, but still, it's just.."
„What?"
He sighs.
„Look, eventually the lie will be blown anyway, but for now we should be careful because you escaped from hydra just a week and a half ago."
I draw my eyebrows together.
„We'll be alright."
„We?"
„Bucky and I, it's gonna work out perfectly fine. Like Nat said, I'm pretty good at the whole undercover thing and also good at lying, obviously." I say and look at him seriously. „Just trust me with it, I was the best in S.H.I.E.L.D and Hydra, after Bucky, but still."
„We'll see how you did with the training." Steve says. „But what I originally wanted to say is, that Tony has finished your suit."
„Already?"
„He's fast. And that he'll bring it today."
„When?"
But in that exact moment we hear his voice coming from the common room, along with Natasha's.
„Now."
„Good." I say and walk into the common room again.
Steve follows me.
„Y/N!" Tony says as he sees me.
He holds a case in his hand.
„Tony, hey. You got something for me?"
„Yep." he answers and puts it on the couch table, facing me.
„Ladies and gentlemen, the suit!" he says dramatically and opens the case.
It's exactly like the hologram thing.
„Take it." he looks at me. „Selfmade, by the way." he says proudly.
I do as he says.
It's two parts.
A almost black onesie kinda thing and a completely black vest.
„Inspired by Natasha." Tony says.
„No, no.. inspired by Yelena." she responds.
„Who's Yelena?" I ask.
„Ima tell you another time, for now put it on!" she answers.
„Of course also tailor-made." Tony adds.
„I'll be right back, I guess." I say and go to the toilet.

‚The material feels good.' I think as I put on the onsie.
As I walk out of the toilet stall I put on the vest and look at myself in the mirror.
‚It is very comfortable and flexible at the same time.' I think as I stretch a little. ‚Wait- can it really?'
I get invisible.
„Omg!"
The suit get's invisible with me and visible again.
‚Wow, Tony really outdid himself.'

I walk out of the toilet and go to the others.
„Now look at that!" Natasha says.
Everyone looks at me.
„You look absolutely stunning! It suits you!"
I look at Bucky, he literally admires me.
„It feels nice." I say and look at Tony. „Thank you."
„Can you do your thing please? To see if it really works." he says.
I nod and get invisible, the suit along with me.
„Yes! It works!"
„Now that's useful." Steve says.
„Walk around."
I do as Tony said.
„Amazing! It works perfect."
„What'd you do?" I ask.
„Silent soles, now you really are a Shadow Soldier."
Steve looks at him.
„Now get visible."
I've sat down next to Bucky again and appear again.
He looks at me.
„This is exactly what I wanted." I say happily."
„I'm glad you like it." Tony responds. „On the belt and the one on your thigh are all the mounts for your respective weapons."
„The mission will be easy with this suit." Natasha says and looks at Steve.
„We'll see about that."
He rolls his eyes.
„Oh, you've already talked about the masked ball mission?"
Tony looks at us.
„Yes." Steve answers with a sigh.
„And Y/N's gonna do it?"
„Only the part about getting the information."
„Natasha's right."
„And what about Bucky? He can't get invisible!"
Steve looks at Tony.
„What if he doesn't need to?" Natasha asks. „They only need to get close, if not they're going to the bar get a drink and oh, eventually Y/N needs to go on the toilet. She takes off the dress, cause she's wearing the suit underneath and as she walks out, she disappears and voilà, she can sneak up to them, get the information and get dressed again."
„That's a good example." I say.
„We can improvise." Bucky adds.
„Or-." Tony starts saying, but get's interrupted by Steve.
„Okay guys, the mission is in two weeks. Natasha trains with Bucky and Y/N and in the end they'll do a great job."
I look at him and smile.
„I'm gonna change real quick, I'll be right back." I say and go to the bathroom again.
