TW- Abuse, Brainwashing

Mission.
Pain.
Hydra.
This place was a complete nightmare.
I look at the white wall infront of me.
They told me to kill, they forced me to kill.
That wasn't me.
Hydra stole my identity, personality, family and friends by brainwashing. They took everything from me, everyone I ever loved.
They don't care.
I am a mashine, no human.
Noone cares about me.

„I want to leave."
I am gonna leave.
I know I can escape from this hell.
One of the soldiers made it too.
The Winter Soldier.
He escaped.
I don't know what happend to him, but he never came back here.
Is he dead?
Is he alive?
I have no idea.

I stand up and lay down on my bed.
It's not comfortable.
But I'm trying to sleep, as I do every single night.

I hear someone opening the bars of my cell.
„Get up Shadow Soldier. You gotta do a job."
Shadow Soldier...
I got this name, I can't remember my real one.
It's my superpower.
I can make people blind for a certain amount of time, I can be invisible and hear their heartbeat to locate my enemies.
I get up and they immediately tie me up.
„Walk." one of the guards said.
I looked at him.
He went quiet.
I know that I'm stronger than all of those dumb guards, I could easily beat them but I wouldn't. I'd be tortured.
I walk down the hallway.
Two guards right behind me.
Everytime I walked by these siblings.
A boy and a girl.
Twins, I guess.
I didn't mind them, they were also innocent souls that were captured by Hydra.
They escaped.
I'm gonna escape too.
The door opens and a lot of men in suits stand there.
I look neutral at them.
Some of them stare at me, some look afraid and nervous.
I grin.
I stop grinning when the scientist stands in front of the mashine that brainwashes me and every other soldier here.
One of the guards takes off the handcuffs.
„Sit down." the scientist says. „You know what is going to happen, but this time we have some guests."
I look over my shoulder and see those old men standing there, waiting for what they are doing to me.
I sit down on the stool.
They all come closer.
„Please don't come this near, she is one of the deadliest assassins."
I stare at them.
I won't but I could kill all men in this room within one minute.
One scientist puts a mouthguard in my mouth.
I hate this.
I don't wanna do this.
The stool leans back and these metal things touch my face.
I feel my heart pounding faster.
I breath hardly.
They do it again.
Over and Over.
I close my eyes.
I scream.
That's the only way to compensate the pain.
I scream the soul, if I even have one anymore, out of my body.
The pain stops and the metal things go out of my face.
I sit up on the stool.
Wait.
Somethings wrong.
Not only the fact that they all stare at me, but I can remember.
I can remember what I thought two minutes ago.
Everyone is silent.
Why didn't it work?
The scientist takes the mouthguard off my mouth.
I stay quiet.
I'm gonna act like it worked.
They didn't notice that it didn't work.
„Shadow Soldier."
All eyes of the men are on me.
„Да сэр? Какова моя следующая миссия?"
(„Yes, Sir? What is my next mission?")
„The guards will tell you. We're done here."
He says and nods at the two guards.
They walk to me and tie me up again.
„Now go and finish your mission. These men are looking forward to your mission report."
"Да сэр."
(„Yes, Sir.")
The guards walk behind me again.
I look mad at these men, they're probably here either to buy something or to give us soldiers a new mission.
We leave the room.
„You're mission is to kidnapped Nick Fury." one of the guards says as he walks beside me. „Two Hydra Agents will be with you to help, but you can easy take him by yourself. They're just a backup."
I nod in silence.

Then we walk to the arsenal.
I put on my normal armour.
„Takes this. That Fury guy is the director of S.H.I.E.L.D." the guard said and hands me a bulletproof vest.
I put it on.
They still didn't notice, but I don't speak much so how would they.
I take my guns and knives and walk to the hangar.
„Your mission is near the Avengers Tower and obviously in the S.H.I.E.L.D. main quarters. You're the best, you can take him." The guard at the helicopter says.
„Now get inside Soldier."
"Да сэр."
(„Yes, Sir.")
I get inside and sit down.
The two agents already sat inside.
The helicopter starts and we fly away from the Hydra base.
I grin under my mask, cause I know I will never return to this place.
None of the Agents said a word during the flight.
I can't say if they're scared, tired or bored. But I honestly don't care.
„We arrive in 10 minutes, prepare yourselves." the pilot says.
I look over to the Agents.
«Это моя миссия. Моя миссия означает, что я главный. Вы просто запасной вариант, если что-то пойдет не так. Но ничего не пойдет не так».
(„This is my mission. My mission means I am in charge. You are just a backup if something goes wrong. But nothing will go wrong.")
They salute.
I nod.
I won't kidnap this Nick Fury, if he's the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. the he can probably help me.
I look out of the window.
I can see this Avengers Tower.
I've heard much of these Avengers.
They're apparently heros.
„Two minutes."
The helicopter slows down.
„We're landing now. Good luck Soldier. Hail Hydra." the pilot says.
„Hail Hydra." the two Agents say.
„Hail Hydra." I say.
I hate hearing these two words out of my mouth.
I open the door and slide down a rope. The Agents follow me and we stand on a roof.
The helicopter flys aways.
«Как я уже сказал, это моя миссия. Так что оставайся позади меня».
(„As I said, this is my mission. So stay behind me.")
I get invisible and break into the main quarters.
I blind every guard near me. I carry my gun with me but I don't wanna kill someone.
I get visible again and give the Agents a sign that they can come.
They follow me and as I try to sneak in, a alarm system goes off.
I smirk under my mask.
Perfect.
I hear the guards come near.
I turn to the Hydra Agents and blind them.
„What the hell are you doing?"
I knock them off.
Easy.
Now what do I do?
„Hey! Hands up!"
Too late.
A dozen of armed men are around me.
„I knocked them out, everything's fine."
„I said hands up, you Hydra Scum!"
I put my hands up.
I remember, I still wear these close.
„Look, I know this sounds strange. But I don't want to go back there. I'm trying to get help. I know a Soldier, the Winter Soldier and also kids could escape from Hydra."
„Put down your weapons!"
I put down every gun and knife I got.
„Now, what do you want?"
„My mission was to kidnapp the S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury. As you can see, I successfully failed it. I don't wanna do this."
„You are brainwashed."
„No, it didn't work. Look, I am trying to get help here. I am not with Hydra!"
The man looked at the others and says something in his little ear headset.
He walks towards me.
„Come with me." he says and grabs my arm.
Normally I wouldn't hesitate to attack, but I'm on their side.
„Where are you taking me?"
