We had just set up the tent and our fire when it started to rain. Razcar put his wing over us, the fire, and the tent. He didn't mind the rain at all. Detrius and I sat and watched the fire for a bit. "Detrius I have one thing to ask you." I said to him. I shifted around so I could see his face better. "And that is?" He asked. He leaned back and smiled waiting. "I want you to promise me one thing Ok?" "Ok what is it?" I paused for a second. "Can you promise me that you will never let me go. No matter how many fights we get in and no matter what happens, never let me go." He didn't say anything for a second. He put his arm out. I knew that meant come here. I moved over into his arm. He hugged me with both arms. "Niki I promise with my life that I will never let you go. I promise that I will never hurt you. I promise to always be here for you. I will never let you go. I love you too much to even think about it. Ok?" He kissed my forehead. I looked up at him. I placed my hand on his cheek and brought his head down to mine. I kissed him gently on the lips. He couldn't help but smile against my lips. I started laughing and it made him laugh. "I love you! You know that right?" I asked still laughing. He kissed my cheek. "Of course I know that!" I Dont know what was so funny but we kept laughing. We eventually stopped and fell asleep.

When I woke up the next morning it was cold. I opened my eyes and saw that there were metal bars all around me. I realised I was laying on a cement floor. I looked down myself and realised I was naked. I quickly turned into my wolf form so I wasn't naked any more. I walked around the whole cage to see if I could spot anyone. Nothing. All of a sudden the bars went down. I put my hand, well paw, up to it and there was nothing there. I looked over the edge and there was forest all below me. I could see other animals. Birds, wolves, bears, and so many others. The platform i was on wasn't high off the ground. I could easily jump down. So I did. A bunch of animals ran. I looked around and realised that these were all people being held captive here as animals. I walked over to another wolf. Hey what's going on? Why are we here? I asked. We Dont know either. Stick with us and maybe we can find our way out. They started walking. Ok. I followed them to this big cave den. So who are you anyways? She asked me. I am actually the princess of masinaw. But it hasn't been as much fun as I hoped it would be. She looked around at the rest of them. Wow I never thought that you would end up here. How did it even happen? I didn't really know. Well all I remember was Detrius and I sitting at a rock and then we fell asleep. Now I'm here. She looked confused. Hmm how did he know you were a shape shifter? Now I was confused. Who's he? Another wolf came up. These wolves were all females. He is Garth. He captures people that can change into different animals. He captured two new wolves today. You must be one of them. And if you were wondering this is the female cage. The only time we see the males is once a day for about an hour. Thats when the tourists come. She walked away. The rest of them followed her. I sat down. I was thinking about it and they said that there were two new wolves. Maybe they had Detrius on the male side. Ok now I just need to wait until we are all together. Then maybe we can break out. I walked around looking for the door for a bout an hour until I saw it. Except it was way up on the wall. All of a sudden a ramp came out. Well this must be it. The only way I can find him and possibly save our butts.
