chapter 30 getting back in

I think we had been flying to the palace. When we got there I was dropped, literally, off the dragon from about twenty feet off the ground and someone landed just in front of me. The blind fold was taken off and so were the hand cuffs. I knew where we were. The roof. Right where Caine had flown around with me. I still had the blue dress on but now it had dust and dirt all over it. He threw a redress and shoes at me. "Go get changed over there away from the door." He turned around and let me change. I out on the dress and shoes. "Ok what do I do with these?" He turned around. "Throw them off the edge." I threw them into the forest side of the wall. I knew that if I jumped into the trees I might make it but I didn't want them to kill my mom. Like he had said before though I need to do the right thing for my kingdom even if it means I lose someone. I Dont want mer to die but I Dont want hundreds more people to die. I decided to do what was right. I jumped. He didn't see me. As I was falling I could see all the possible branches to grab. I grabbed one that I thought was stable but it turned out it was rotten. It snapped off. I slowed down enough to grab another one. I grabbed onto a healthy one this time. I swung on it and let go to catch the next one. I felt like a monkey swinging from branch to branch. I eventually made it to the ground. I ran through the bushes towards the city. There were a lot of plants with thorns and some that were sticky. Parts of my dress ripped from the thorns and some of it was ripped because I got stuck a few times and had to rip it off myself. I got to the city after a few minutes of running. When I was on the street I looked towards the castle. It was about twenty minutes away. I looked down. I still had the heels on and the dress was to long it sprint in. I took off the heels and threw them. I ripped off the bottom of the dress so that it was just over my knees. I started running to the castle. Once I was just in veiw of the doors they started closing. I ran faster. I turned into a wolf and I ran even faster. I got there just as the doors closed. I couldn't stop in time and I slammed right into the doors. I flew backwards and into the dirt. I changed back and somehow I still had my dress on. I guess thats all they had being tiger people and all. I looked all around the door for a weak spot. Nothing. I took a stick and tryed unlocking them. Not a good enough stick. I kept trying. This is going to take a while if I'm gonna do this.
