The next day it was dark again with only a small light in the hall way. The nurse came back in. "Feeling better? At least today you should be able to talk. Now let's see." She brought over an X-ray machine and used it on my neck. When she was done she looked at the screen. I saw her smile. "Looks like its all good. You can talk now. Just let me take off this bandage." I knew there wasn't going to be a cut or scar because of the medicine. She took it off and I put my hand on my neck. It felt a lot better. She smiled. "Go ahead and speak wen your ready. Someone is here to see you again." She left and let Detrius in. "Hey. Feeling better?" He smiled and sat down. "Yes I am. Detrius I need to get away from all of this. We should go back to new york and stay there or we should go somewhere that we can just live. What do you think?" He smiled. "It would be nice. I guess we should leave then. It would be better then staying here." "Yea. So should we leave? We could always come back if we needed to but we should just stay in new york." He smiled. "Alright let's do it. We can leave tonight. How about it?" I nodded. He kissed me and smiled. I got up and grabbed my stuff. We went back to his room and we packed all of our things. We ended up flying back to new york and finding my mom there. I asked her if she had been captured and she said nope been here the whole time. We were laying on my bed a for about twenty minutes in silence when he started rumaging around in his pockets. "Niki I have a question for you." "OK what is it?" He pulled out something shiny. "I wanted to ask you this while we were on vacation but you got captured. Niki-" he held up a ring in the sun light. "Will you marry me?" I couldn't speak. He looked over at me and smiled. "Can I take that as a yes?" I looked over at him and pulled his face to mine and kissed him. He smiled on my lips. I smiled and let go. "Yes of course it's a yes!" I smiled and kissed him again.

2 years pass
We have been living with my mom and helping out in the new dinner downstairs. After Detrius and I got married we figured we should do something new. So we did. We are happy now and we have put the danger behind us. We are finally living a normale life. Well for now at least...
