"Morning." Dale greeted, walking by Lori as she came out of her tent later than usual, everyone else out and about keeping busy.

"Good morning." Lori smiled to him, slipping her shoes on.

"I can't believe I slept in." She said tiredly, walking over to where Emily and Carol were hanging the laundry on a clothesline.

"You must have needed it." Carol shrugged.

"Feeling all right?" Emily glanced over at her with care.

"Next time wake me, all right? Especially on laundry day." Lori said, ignoring the questions while she got right to work hanging clothes.

"We can manage." Carol reminded. "I had an idea I wanted to run by you." Carol began to Lori who looked over with interest, picking up a shirt.

"What's that?"

"That big kitchen of theirs got me thinking. I wouldn't mind cooking in a real kitchen again. Maybe we all pitch in and cook dinner for Hershel and his family tonight." Carol suggested, both girls looking at her while she paused at the end. "Kind of looking for things to keep my mind occupied." She added.

"After everything they've done for us, seems like the least we could do." Lori agreed.

"You mind extending the invitation?" Carol wondered, posing her question.
"Would just feel more right coming from you." She elaborated after seeing Loris confusion at why she should extend the invitation.

"How so?"

"You're Rick's wife. It sort of makes you our unofficial first lady." Carol explained, Emily seeing what she was talking about.

"Morning, guys. Let's get going. We've got a lot of ground to cover." Rick called a group together to make a plan to find Sophia.

"Hi, is Cassie here?" Harley asked Maggie when she approached the house, not having seen me around the camp this morning.

"She's in with Carl" Maggie said, going to check on the chickens.

"Thanks" Harley waved, walking inside. She easily found her way to the room Carl had been staying in, standing in the doorway and watching as the two of us laid side by side in the bed with me reading a comic book to him.

"Hi, Harley, do you need me?" I sat up when I noticed her, Carl looking over as well with disappointment that I might be leaving.

"No, just checking in" she smiled. "Keep reading" she added before turning to leave.

"Cassie in with Carl?" Daryl asked, him and Rick meeting up with Harley as she walked out of the house and he was on his way inside.

"Yeah, they're reading a comic book together" she explained simply, walking down the steps and leaving the fathers to find their children.
