"This is taking forever" I huffed, resting my head back against the fence.

"They'll be out soon" Emily spoke calmly, trying to keep everyone at ease.

"Here they come!" Carl pointed, seeing Harley, Glenn and Maggie coming out of the door they had gone in.

"Finally!" I called over, standing to my feet, Harley laughing as they came closer.

"We cleared out a cell block, should be safe for us to move in and clear the rest of the prison out later" Glenn reported back to us, unclipping the gate to allow us inside. I grabbed my bag and slung it over my shoulder, helping to gather the rest of our gear to bring inside.

"What do you think?" Rick asked Glenn, standing by the gate into the cells when we had all entered to our new home.

"Home sweet home." Glenn replied, a smile on his face at finally being able to settle down again someplace safe.

"For the time being." Rick nodded, also glad to have found a place to keep his family safe.

"It's secure?" Lori looked around with slight concern for the safety of this place.

"This cell block is." Rick smiled with pride.

"What about the rest of the prison?" Hershel questioned next, the rest of us looking around with hope. Emily stood near Hershel and Rick, listening to the plan while keeping a close eye on me as I wandered around with Harley to explore.

"In the morning, we'll find the cafeteria, and the infirmary."

"We'll sleep in the cells?" Beth asked nervously, looking at the wall of cells.

"I found the keys on some guards. Daryl has a set too." Rick explained.

"I ain't sleeping in no cage. I'll take the perch." Daryl spoke from the upper level where he looked down over us.

"Come on." Carol said, urging Lori to find a cell with her.

"Wanna bunk with me?" Harley asked with a grin, ruffling my loose hair.

"Hell yeah" I cheered excitedly.

"Cassie" Emily scolded.

"Sorry, Emily" I replied, Harley and I rushing off with giggles to find our cell, me leading her to the upper level. "Can I have top bunk?" I asked excitedly, racing Harley up the stairs.

"Aw, I wanted top bunk" Harley frowned. "Just kidding, go for it" She nudged my arm with a laugh when I stopped at the top of the stairs.

"Hey, Carl, you find a cell yet?" Daryl called over to him, finding the boy following after Harley and I while my dad was dragging a mattress out of a cell and onto his perch.
