. . .
. . .
"Lori! Carl!" Rick shouted out as he rushed into cell block C, hoping to find us safe inside.
"Cassie!" Daryl rushed in a moment later, Glenn right behind him.
"We just took down five of them in here!" Glenn stated.
"There were four in here, but no sign of Lori or anyone!" Rick stressed sharing his worry with Daryl, not knowing where their children or Lori were.
"They must have been pushed back into the prison!" Glenn claimed with the hopeful possibility.
"Somebody is playing games! We'll split up and look for the others. Whoever gets to the generators first, shut 'em down!" Rick ordered leading them out of the cell block.
"Let's go!" Daryl followed after him both fathers on a mission to find their family.
"What are those alarms?" Lori asked out through her panted breaths, addressing the loud sound echoing the prison.
"Don't worry about that." Maggie told her, guiding Lori away from the wall and deeper into the furnace room.
"What if it attracts them?" I pointed out a concern, my guard up.
"Lori, let's lay you down." Maggie tried, her full focus on Lori.
"No, the baby's coming now." Lori shook her head calmly.
"We have to go back to our cell block to have Hershel help!" Carl urged.
"We can't risk getting caught out there, you're gonna need to give birth to this baby here." Emily warned Lori knowing how scary this all was.
"Great." Lori sighed before her breathing grew heavier.
"What is she doing, can't she breathe?" Carl panicked watching helplessly from the side.
"She's gonna be alright" Emily gave him little comfort.
"Come here, let's get your pants off." Maggie urged and Emily and her pulled Loris pants down as the woman braced herself on the table.
"Okay... Okay..." Lori laid on the floor with the other women's help.
"You're gonna need to help deliver your baby brother or sister, you up for it?" Maggie looked up to the young boy.
"Okay..." Lori panted and Carl shook his head with fear. She looked over at Emily who nodded along, willing to help in any way.
"Open your legs I'm going to see if you're dialated" Maggie said checking on Lori.
"Do you know how?" Carl worried more.
"Dad taught me, but trust me, it's my first time." She claimed in response, checking on Lori. "I can't tell..." Maggie sat back with a sigh.
