Austin's POV
I say "how was the pool?" Sarah says "it was warm" and Emily says "a little chilly, why?" I mumble "I might have to push Eric in later, but don't tell him I told you" making them giggle. Eric says "stop conspiring against me" chuckling and I say "we weren't." Eric says "hey, Emily, what did Austin tell you?" She says "it's a secret, Uncle Eric." I laugh as Eric raises an eyebrow at me and walks over. I say "I'm not going to help you. You'll have more luck trying to get out of them."

Eric says "I'm giving up then I guess cause they won't tell me." Sarah says "we won't" making me chuckle. We all go in to get food and we come back outside to sit down. We eat and talk and Eric says "Leo, we should talk" quietly when we finish talking. He says "yeah, probably" them standing up. Eric says "come with me please?" I nod and we go inside and they sit on the couch. Eric says "so, I'll cut to the chase. We gotta talk about Emily's mom."

Leo says "she doesn't answer my texts very often anymore. I want Emily to have both parents in her life. I try, it's just shit. It's not like she legally has to either, I have full custody. I don't know what the hell I should do." Eric says "it's only good if she wants to be there. If her mom doesn't want to be there, it's not any better or worse for Emily if she's not there at all.  If she wanted to be there, it would be better. If she doesn't, just let her go."

Leo says "I don't know what happened to her. I know myself when I say I know that I would've forced her to get an abortion if I knew what was going to happen. I'm such a dick to think that, but I know that I would've. I miss her and how it used to be but I don't want her back, ya know?" Eric says "yeah, well, it's the present and you need a rebound or something." Leo says "well, I tried until I knew you two were together." I laugh saying "I have friends in gay places if you want. I know a couple college boys, that's the oldest I know."

Eric says "who are you hooking him up with cause Vince is on the young side?" I say "I'm not pimping out Vince but we could call Shawn, he's real easy. He'll say yes to anyone if you want a rebound. If you want something a little more permanent, I'll talk to my cousin. He'll go all the way for you but if I'm gonna pimp him out, you can't disappoint or its my ass." Leo says "how do you know Shawn?" I say "my psycho ex friends older brother. He was my first time and does not disappoint. I'm not going to lie here." Eric chuckles saying "we have got to stop talking about your past partners today. I've had enough jealousy to kill a literal whale."

I chuckle saying "I only like you. I'll call Shawn for you and put it on speaker, so if he says something weird you'll know about it." Eric says "deal" and Leo says "sure, if this doesn't cure me. You can actually set me up." I chuckle and I call Shawn and he says "hey, baby, I missed you. What can I do for you?" I say "I have a boyfriend now but I have a friend for you" and he says "ok, tell me about them." I say "well, he's cute. I think you'll like him. Not what you're used to but I think you'll enjoy yourself."

Shawn says "I'm up for a little fun. Send his number my way, babe. Veronica has not talked to me since our thing." I chuckle saying "don't you love it?" He says "I do, my life hasn't been this peaceful since before she was born." I chuckle saying "you were two, you don't remember." He says "but I know it was more peaceful." I chuckle saying "bye, Shawn" and he says "hope your boyfriends the guy that Veronica wanted." I say "it is" and he chuckles saying "bye, Austin." We hang up and I lean into Eric.

I text his number to Shawn and Eric runs his fingers through my hair. I smile and Eric rubs my thigh saying "dude, have fun. Be a dad obviously but you can have fun, mom loves her. The whole family loves her, you'll find people to watch her. You get what I'm saying? Have a rebound and get back out there." I say "welcome to your whore era. They're a lot of fun. Don't get an STD and people love kids. What I'm saying is, put on something cute, take your kid, and go to a park" shrugging.

Leo says "time for my whore era I guess. Maybe I gotta buy those hoochie daddy shorts from Instagram." We laugh and he stands up saying "I think it's time. Time to grow a mustache or something. What do you think?" He looks at me and I say "sweetie, this is your whore era. You do what you want." Emily comes in saying "are you coming in the pool or not?" She puts her hands on her hips and raises an eyebrow at Leo. Leo says "girl, chill. I'll be out in a second." She giggles saying "ok" and runs outside and he smiles, shaking his head. He goes to change then goes outside. I look at Eric and he says "come here."

He puts his arm behind my head and looks at me. I say "I missed you so much" rubbing his chest and he says "mmm, I missed you too." Eric leans down and kisses my neck slowly and I bite my lip, running my fingers through his hair. He licks softly and I mumble "mmm, I really missed you." Eric says "mhmm" and he pulls away, kissing me. I playfully lick his lips and he pulls me to his lap.

He bites my bottom lip gently and I say "tell me why I can't stay tonight again?" He kisses my jaw saying "you have to graduate tomorrow. You'll get in trouble with your mom and she'll wring my neck and never let me see you again." I say "mmm, you're right. You're so smart" as he kisses down my neck.
