Austin's POV
I get off his lap saying "let's go outside, it's starting to get dark." He gets up and pulls me up then goes to get the s'mores stuff. He goes outside saying "I got the goods" setting the stuff on the table. His dad says "build a fire, Eric" and he says "dad, I really appreciate what you're doing for me and all that you've taught me." He says "you're welcome, son" smiling and I raise an eyebrow. Eric does his thing and I just watch him and his muscles move.

I'm living a real life Instagram edit with this boy. He's so hot and just makes mundane things so sexy. He walks over, lighting a blow torch, and puts fire to it. Eric says "boom, fire." Eric walks over to me and pecks my lips saying "can I get you anything?" I say "yeah, come sit next to me so I can look at you for a bit longer." He says "you've been looking at me all day" chuckling. We all sit around the fire and he sits next to me. Leo sits in my other side when he gets out of the pool. He says "hey" and I say "stop it."

Leo chuckles and I look at Eric mumbling "it's like there's two of you. I'm too horny to be here." Eric laughs saying "wow. You poor thing" and we chuckle. Eric's dad says "well, it was nice meeting you today, Austin. I appreciate that my son invited you in. Leo says "hold up, why did you never say anything like that to anyone I was dating?" His dad says "cause I didn't like anyone that you were dating. I was supportive though. I think I did great."

Eric says "I never knew he thought that. Don't look at me." The girls come over and Emily says "can we have s'mores now?" Leo says "of course" and they make their s'mores. We hang out for a little bit and talk. Leo says "I gotta get my girl home. You ready to go?" Emily says "can Sarah come with us?" Leo looks at his aunt and she nods. Leo says "sure" and his aunt says "there's a bag of her clothes in my car" unlocking it for him. They say bye to everyone and he says "I'll see y'all."

The girls wave to me when they leave and Eric's aunt, Sarah's mom, says "he's such a good dad. Don't you think?" Eric says "he's really doing well. He worries too much but it all comes natural to him. He wants her to grow up having a mom, but I don't think that's going to work out." Sarah's mom says "the only time a single parent situation is bad is when the kid lacks support in all sense of the word. Leo is a big support system for Sarah, he's almost like a dad to her. Emily has all of us, I'm not worried about it."

Eric says "Leo does know how to French braid. He's set to have a daughter. He doesn't fight back when someone throws things at him. I think he's perfect for the job." I chuckle saying "I have to go. You're getting tired, so I'm gonna save you the embarrassment of saying something weird to me." Eric says "probably for the best." Kristina says "he's saving your hot tough guy facade."

I chuckle saying "sounds right" sarcastically. She says "you'd be surprised." I say "I know the real you" looking at Eric and he says "I know" us getting up. Kristina says "what? Is he secretly a little bitch?" Eric says "absolutely not" and I nod over my shoulder as we walk. Eric says "I saw that." I say "I know" chuckling. I say "bye, family" and they all say bye and Eric and I walk to my car.

I lean against my car and I look up saying "the stars are beautiful. Tell me about them" quietly. Eric says "if that's the North Star then that's the Big Dipper. Then right there would be Virgo. Do you see it?" I say "yeah" biting my lip and he says "then above Virgo is Leo then Gemini above that" quietly, leaning into me a bit as he points to the stars. I say "if the Big Dipper is there then that would be the Little Dipper?" Eric says "yeah, then coming off of the North Star, there's andromeda which is my favorite."

I mumble "it's so pretty, Eric" and he quietly says "there's a star toward the bottom of it called Pegasus which is right there. Drawings of andromeda are much more than the stars. Just the stars leave you to imagine what andromeda looks like to you. I guess that's what makes it special to me." I turn to him saying "I have something to tell you." Eric says "what's that?" I say "I love you" and Eric says "I love you too" smiling. I kiss him saying "I'll see you tomorrow?" He nods saying "you sure will" smiling. I smile and I drive home then I go straight to bed.

The next day

I wake up and I shower, do my hair for once, and I get dressed. I tie my tie and I put on dress shoes mumbling "these things make my feet look humongous." I shake my head and I go downstairs. My dad says "you look good, son." I say "thanks, dad." My mom comes over and hugs me saying "oh baby, you look so cute" and I chuckle saying "thanks mom."

I go to the school and Vince comes over to me saying "they couldn't have found anything more stylish for hats for this?" I laugh saying "it just accentuates the forehead. It's not cute" quietly. We put our gowns on and we put on our caps, adjusting them for each other. I say "why am I nervous?" Vince says "it's like a performance. You literally will walk across the stage." I say "but I'm not staying on it though." He says "we've had rehearsals and we sit on the stage. It's the same as dance but we just have to sit there." I say "does this mean, pre performance rituals?"

Vince says "if it makes you feel better we can. I couldn't sleep last night and now my heart rate is like one hundred bpm resting." We stretch, not sitting on the floor, just a little bit of a legs stretch. A little bit of arms and back too. I jump around a little bit, just getting all my shakes out, and Vince says "they're staring." I say "who gives a fuck? We're hot and we're leaving. If anything, I should say "bye, fuckers. Should've got my ass while you had the chance."

One of the guys say "who says I don't have a chance still?" I say "my boyfriend that can bench two of you, maybe three. He hasn't tried a PR in a while" as Vince and I just jumping around getting in our zones. The guy says "I'm having a party tonight, bring your boyfriend, tell your friends, and show up. It's gonna get wild, parents are gonna be across state lines for the next three days. They leave tonight. It's at eight, my house."

I say "alright, we might be around. I'll have to check it out" smiling. Vince mumbles "you're such a whore" and I laugh saying "shut up, we have to graduate and that's the last thing you're gonna say to me before we're college students?" He laughs saying "you act like we're getting married." I say "you're too much of a twink for me. Let's go graduate." We all get lined up and Vince says "let's get it." I say "yup, let's do it."
