"I give up!" I yelled, throwing the fairly large stick at the shore as I made my way out of the shallow water I was in. Carefree fish swam close by our feet, but they were too fast to be caught."You don't have a lot of patience, do you?" Hyeji said and I just rolled my eyes as I walked away from her.
I sat on the beach, close to the shoreline where the waves slowly touched the white sand.
The girl was still in the shallow water, throwing her stick into the water every once in a while.
She kept failing, like me, but she wasn't giving up- which was stupid.
Why is she wasting her energy trying to fish like that when obviously she can't catch a single fish?
Just as I was about to call out to her, I heard her shriek a bit.
I noticed the water near her turned dark where the stick was thrown.
She then lifted the stick moments later, and there was a dead octopus on the other end.
Okay now, that was clearly luck, although, I am too hungry to comment on that.
But... uncooked octopus didn't look as appetizing. She better know how to cook that thing.

"I can't eat this! Why is this so chewy? it doesn't taste like a normal octopus!" Minho groaned for the seventh time while he tried to munch on a roasted octopus tentacle.
I rolled my eyes, sending him a small glare.
It was already annoying that he made me cook the octopus under the fire alone with absolutely no help whatsoever! Now he's complaining about my cooking!? excuse me!?
"Do I have to remind you this isn't a five-star restaurant?" I asked, swallowing the piece of octopus I was eating.
I was sitting opposite to him near a lit fire and I noticed how he gave a bored look through the flames. We were back at the same place we spent the night in.
"You could've still tried to make it better" He argued, rolling his eyes in an almost annoyed type of way.
"You could shut up and eat that. You were the one who kept telling me to finish it faster!" I said back, sending him another glare.
