( Narrator's POV )
Jeongin had taken the longer way back home after classes since he had plans to make a small stop by the port. He had one goal in mind; to rent a boat which he would be using to go find his sister- although ofcourse he wouldn't tell that to the boat's owner.
He was making his way through an alleyway, passing by the bar he did the previous night since it was a shortcut home, when all of a sudden, from a corresponding alleyway, a blonde in a suit suddenly walked out, causing the younger to flinch.
The other male stopped in his tracks too and his eyes widened. "Ah- Jeongin. I'm sorry" He said with a light chuckle as he walked over to the younger male. Jeongin gave Felix a small judging look before sighing.
"Gosh, why do you keep doing that?" Jeongin said, giving the older male a slight frown.
"What? Startling you or bumping into you? It could be fate" Felix said rather calmly, making Jeongin blink a bit. The younger cleared his throat before talking again.
"Did you just get off from work again?" Jeongin asked. Felix smiled a bit. He didn't think the younger would remember that detail about him, but he felt a bit of bliss that he did.
"Hmm.. But you seemed to be heading home quite late compared to your classes ending an hour ago" The freckled male said, placing his hands in his pockets. Jeongin's eyes slightly widened.
"You remembered it- stalker?" Jeongin attempted to change the topic, only to have his plan backfire on him.
"I remember little things... just like you," Felix said. The way the blonde said those words in such a soft, yet deep tone made the younger slightly shy. His sister always said that people remembered things that were important to them.... and they both remembered such small details about each other, which were among the few details they had discussed during their first encounter.
But Jeongin knew he remembered everything about Felix that the blonde himself had told him. He remembered vividly.
"You okay?" Felix asked, Shaking Jeongin out of his frozen state. The younger nodded quickly.
Felix, narrowing his eyes, nodded a bit as well as he crossed his arms. "alright then... see you tomorrow" The male said as he walked past Jeongin.
The latter turned around to look at the male, confused. "Tomorrow? When?" He asked.
"When you go find your sister," Felix said as he turned a corner to another road. Jeongin's jaw fell slightly. How did the blonde even figure it out?
Jeongin opened his mouth to speak but no voice came out as he just stood there, a bit baffled. He then shook his head a bit before shouting out "Don't tell Chan, okay!!". He doubted Felix was even nearby enough to hear him.
