Minho and I decided to take our route through the forest as we felt like it was taking too long for us to walk back to the beach, plus, both of us were craving some berries again, and we were hoping we would run into a few of those bushes. 

To our luck, not long after we walked into the forest, we found some non-poisonous berries and quickly made a feast of them. We were being playful and seeing who could pick more berries when all of a sudden a loud noise was heard from over the trees. We looked up and saw an osprey cross right above us quickly and both the berries in my hand and his fell.

"We're saved," Minho said quickly, a wide smile forming on his lips as he looked at me. I also smiled in excitement. I too missed him. I missed the city. I missed my brother. 

"Let's go! quickly!" Minho then said, grabbing my palm in his as he ran ahead, toward the direction where the osprey headed.

(Narrator's POV)

Beomgyu had almost reached the osprey; he was walking where the forest and the beach met, and if he walked ahead for just a minute, he would reach it. The male, however, yelped when he was suddenly pulled into the forest without a warning.

The long-haired male was ready to fight whatever it was but as soon as he saw Felix and Jeongin in front of him, both of them with an index finger over their lips, he calmed down.

Beomgyu opened his mouth to talk, but right as he did, a loud sound of something like a gunshot was heard. 

Felix and Jeongin quickly made sure the bushes around them hid them well. Beomgyu's eyes widened as he looked at the two in front of him, confused about what was going on.

Meanwhile...

"we'll have to bury this one, just in case" Hyunmin muttered as he looked at the captain who lay on the controls of the osprey, a bloody gunshot wound on the back of his head. His sister was leaning against the frame of the cockpit door with a raised eyebrow.

"Later," She said with a shrug, grabbing herself a shotgun that was identical to the one in Hyunmin's hands. 

"You know... now everyone on this island would've heard that," Soohee said, giving Hyunmin a look. The male sighed and nodded before smiling at his sister.

"Good... let them come to us. It makes my job way easier now" He said before turning to walk out of the osprey. Right before stepping out, he glanced at the woman. 

"Stay and make sure no one finds that while I'm not here," The man said, glancing shortly at the cockpit as the girl rolled her eyes and nodded. 

As the man walked out of the osprey, three pairs of eyes watched him from a distance, hidden well in the bushes. All three of their eyes widened when they saw clearly who it was, and it was certainly not someone they expected to find with a gun as if he was after to kill.

"The Ceo of Lee corp..." Felix mumbled out in shock, his eyes wide in disbelief. 

"The current CEO..." Jeongin corrected the blonde, his eyes narrowing as he also looked at the man who cautiously made his way into the forest.

"Why is he here and why does he not look like he wants to see anyone alive?" Beomgyu asked to which Felix and Jeongin responded with a look of worry. Their speculation about all of what happened to be the doing of someone they knew was now undoubtedly true... but they weren't expecting the man who put the act of heartbreak about it all to be one behind everything.

"We should stop him," Jeongin said, standing up. He knew that if his sister was alive, she was now in danger from that man.  

He was about to step into the forest but two hands pulled them back.

"Did a coconut fall on your head or-" 

"We can't just go after a guy with-" 

Beomgyu and Felix spoke in unison, and Jeongin knew both of them wanted to say the say thing. He sighed, looking at them. "Then what do you suggest we do?" The curly-haired male asked.

Felix hummed as he looked down at the ground for a second before standing up a bit to look at the osprey. 

"We should check if whoever is in there is safe first... they matter too," The blonde said. Even though Jeongin wanted to prioritize his sister, he knew it was the right thing to do and check on the victim who was possibly shot, whether they were alive or not. 

"Alright.. then we grab anything we can and go after him, right?" Beomgyu asked as he stood up, slightly dusting himself off as the others nodded in response.

The three of them then cautiously made their way to the osprey. They all looked in the direction of the forest as they headed toward the osprey, the fear of suddenly being shot by the CEO of Lee Corp being likely making them skeptical to do otherwise.

Once the trio made it, Beomgyu was the first to peek in. He expected it to be empty, but he spotted a girl who sat on a seat with her phone in her hands and a shotgun placed on her lap.

He quickly looked back at Felix and Jeongin who looked at him curiously. "Can we g-" 

"shh," Beomgyu quickly hushed the curly haired who was next to him. He gently shook his head before looking inside again and saw that the girl had now placed the shotgun on the next seat as she went through her phone. 

It was risky. 

It was stupid. 

But he did it anyway.

He suddenly stepped in, forming a gun with his fingers at the girl. "Hands up!" he said, and the girl quickly obliged without thinking or even looking, raising her hand in the air. This moment was taken advantage of by Felix and Jeongin as they also ran in while Beomgyu quickly took the gun from the seat next to hers.

"I can't believe that actually worked!" Beomgyu let out a chuckle as he held the gun, while Jeongin gave him a small glare. If his friend died out of stupidity, he wasn't planning on attending his funeral, but he was still alive so he would let this one slide.

The girl then furrowed her eyebrows, noticing that they had no guns on them except for the one Beomgyu took.

"You tricked m- you" The girl's eyes shifted to Felix. "shit..." She muttered, realizing that an employee of Lee Corp had just figured out the truth now and that there was nothing she could do about it.

Jeongin then looked around and found some ropes at the back of the osprey. He grabbed it and headed to the girl who looked at him, eyes wide.

"You shouldn't take advantage of vulnerable wo-"

"Shut up you're too old for me" The younger cut her off quickly as he held her hands behind her back and tied it up tight. 

He then stepped back and looked at her with a small frown before looking at Felix. "Besides, I'm gay" 

The blonde's eyes widened a bit, though he smiled right after. The girl just looked at him, speechless about what to say next and Beomgyu was pondering whether he should be proud of his friend for choosing such a time to come out.

"Anyway," Jeongin spoke once more, looking at her. 
"We'll see you later," He said before quickly making his way out of Osprey with the other two. Soohee watched as they went and she sighed before closing her eyes in frustration.
