"Are you ready?" my mom asked.

"Yeah," I answered with a smile. "I'll see you after?"

"Yep. Cheat out to my camera, your father wants a nice picture."

"Mom, we can get pictures after."

She laughed. "Ok sweetheart. You go out there and make everyone proud of your graduating year."

I smiled at her again and slipped on my grad hat. I have to say that I was quite proud of my senior year. I was able to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and I even found the love of my life. I also broke my arm and finally fixed things with Sean. Sarah found herself a worthy boyfriend who she claims is well worth her time, Mason got to hang out with his dad more considering he is now living with him but we still keep in touch, and Cameron found himself a girlfriend last month. She's cute and loves the idea of us being werewolves and swore secrecy. I must say that 2012 has been a quite successful year for all of us. I went inside to the line of students in the hallway and went to find Sarah. Since we were the valedictorians we had to walk in first and as I scanned the crowd of blue gowns, I found her at the front of the line, ready to walk in. She looked at me with what looked to be tears in her eyes.

"Whoa, don't cry," I said hugging her tightly. "You're gonna make me cry and then our makeup with smudge and we'll both look bad on stage."

She laughed at my analogy. "I know but I'm just so proud of us Noah," she gushed pulling away from me and wiping under her eyes. "We're graduating, we're both in love. Hell, you're getting married. I mean, I thought maybe we would get voted for most likely to succeed or smartest in the year in the yearbook but never this much. And when it's all said and done what happens?"

I felt tears spring to my eyes. "I don't know. I talked to Logan about this yesterday but he didn't give me a straight answer."

"Are you going to school?"

"I might do a couple online classes but I'm not going anywhere. Are you?"

"Nope. I was going to see if I could get in somewhere, but I realized that I don't really know what I want to do so I couldn't pick single courses to take. So I guess it's you and me."

"What do you mean?"

"He didn't tell you?"

"Who didn't tell me what?"

I watched as the boys walked up behind her and Hunter grabbed her and pulled him into her chest. She let out a surprised squeal and immediately turned around, planting her lips on his. Logan stepped around them and came over to me. He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me. When I pulled away, he raised his eyebrow at me. "What is Sarah talking about? What am I missing?"

"It's not a big deal."

"So tell me."

"Fine, so Hunter and I both got offered academic scholarships to Harvard this morning."

"This morning? Wow babe, that's great! I'm so proud of you both." I leaned up and kissed him.

"Thanks. I'm just happy that its still in driving distance that way I can come home to you everyday."

"Awe, you're sweet. But you have to leave. The ceremony is about to begin," I said reluctantly.

He kissed me quickly. "Knock 'em dead baby. I'll be watching."

"Yeah, so will the rest of the auditorium."

"Just picture them all in their underwear," he winked.

I shook my head playfully and turned back around. Sarah finally stopped making out with Hunter beside me and he followed Logan, patting him on his back as they walked. Sarah and I were both really happy for the boys. I mean, I could just tell that they were going to be super successful. Sarah and I looked at each other with one last triumphant smile and a deep breath. The music started and the doors opened. As we lead our year down the isle, the smile never left my face. The entire audience was standing and snapping pictures. We reached where we were supposed to stand for the national anthem and I still couldn't stop smiling. The students in the choir walked all the way up to the stage and started singing. Everyone in the auditorium joined them and afterwards we all sat down for the presentation of the final awards. I ended up winning Female Athlete, Psychology, and Honors, Sarah won History, Chemistry, and Honors, Hunter got English, Biology, and Honors, and Logan joined me as Male Athlete and got Art, Spanish and Honors. Jaxon and Cameron also got a couple awards and finally it was time for Sarah and I to give our valedictorian speech. We walked up to the stage and took our places behind the tall booth in the spotlight. Unfortunately, we had to speak into a microphone which I've always hated doing.
