"It's been a long time, hyung," Soren greeted with a smile and the man in front of him chuckled while shaking his head. "It hasn't been that long, Soren. We met last week," he retorted in which the actor scratched the back of his neck as he cheekily laughed.
"A week is long enough."
"And I told you to stop calling me that."
"Why?" Soren asked playfully as he started slowly regaining his confidence and he leaned back on the chair with his arms crossed. "You don't have to. You're not even Korean."
"But you are."
"I'm half."
"You still are, hyung."
This time, the man couldn't help but let out a full laugh. His eyes turned crescent and the corner of his eyes wrinkled when he did so and the small amount of confidence Soren gained was thrown out of the window.
His smile earlier was erased out of his face and he turned to look at another direction.
"Are you cold?" Soren asked, changing the subject because he couldn't afford to see the smile from that man's lips.
Out of all the things in the world, things about this man are the ones he could not afford to buy with any of his money.
"I am wearing quite the thick coat. So, no, I am not," the person responded with a lighthearted sigh wherein Soren nodded his head in response while still looking away. He couldn't keep his eyes on him for long because he did not want to show his embarrassed face. Soren took a peek at the other person on the table who was now scrolling on his phone again after their short interaction.
The man's features were soft. Standing on a head-turning height of a hundred and eighty-eight centimeters, His skin was that of ivory that seems to glow given the only lights provided on the rooftop were from those that Soren had set up. The small face shape was pleasing to the eyes. The eyebrows that sit on top of his double-lidded eyes were straight and his nose was perfectly proportioned to his soft look. And even though there wasn't much effort put into it, he managed to make his comma-styled smooth hair wonderful.
His body wasn't extremely built. Rather, it was proportionally lean and fit.
He is a beautiful specimen.
Soren's eyes then went to the man's hand. His long, slender fingers that had a platinum ring on the ring finger were well-taken care of. However, the most noticeable thing was the markings that peeked through the sleeves of the coat he wore.
"Is that permanent?" Soren asked breaking the silence between them and the latter looked at the direction Soren was looking at. He raised his arm and the sleeve of the coat slightly fell down revealing a bigger portion of the marks.
"The sleeve tattoo?"
"Mhm."
"No. Damien had fun buying things online and forced me to wear this," he chuckled. "That's why I am wearing the coat. I don't think it looks good."
"Is that so?"
"You wanna see?" He suggested and Soren hesitatingly nodded his head.
The last thing he needed was to see a sleeve tattoo on this man. However, his curiosity got the best of him so he agreed. He watched as the man slowly removed his coat and the tattoo became more visible. Soren's eyes slightly widened and he held his breath back.
"I know it looks bad. Stop making that face, Soren," he shook his head with a smile before putting the coat back on.
"Yeah..." The actor sighed before lowering his head and fiddling with his fingers under the table. "It looks bad."
