After a few more minutes of silence and waiting, the two men finally saw Mikhail emerge from his room and walked towards the living room with his jogging clothes changed into a much more casual one.
He was wearing an ash gray round neck stripe short sleeve t-shirt for the top which was inserted and paired to plain black slacks for the bottom. On his wrist was a watch that caught Miles' eyes so good that it widened.
"Jesus Christ," he whispered to himself as he couldn't take his eyes off of it. Unable to restrain himself, he got up from his seat and approached Kael who was adjusting the watch.
"Is that a Patek Philippe Sky Moon Tourbillon?" He asked and Kael who was busy with his appearance stopped doing so and proceeded to look at Miles with an amused look. "You know this?"
"I do! I heard it sold for five million online!" He knew the Cavallero's were rich and he should expect this kind of rich rich. They're completely on another level. It was so beautiful that he could feel his heart thumping in his chest wildly.
"It's so pretty!" Miles cooed and Mikhail shook his head with a smile. He raised his hand and pointed it at the journalist. "Here you go."
"C-Can I really touch it?!" He was like a child asking with eyes brimming with excitement. He was almost jumping up and down in joy but luckily, Miles was sane enough to not act like that. Instead, he took the once-in-a-lifetime chance for him to touch a luxury watch like this.
His fingers grazed over the material and he swore he could die at this moment.
"Goddamn," he whispered to himself as he was in a trance but was soon out of it when the other man in the room who had been silent this whole time pulled him away.
"You're too close," Soren muttered before pulling Mikhail's waist close to him. Miles, who was left dumbfounded by it shook his head out of the gutter before he clenched his fist and he almost screamed in absolute happiness if it only weren't for Soren glaring at him.
Oh, how great life would be if he owned at least one luxury watch like that. Nevertheless, he composed himself and cleared his throat.
"I'm sorry, I got too excited seeing a watch like that." He awkwardly chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck because it only dawned on him how mushy he was with Kael earlier.
"You're good, Miles. Come on, let's get going," Kael urged and the two walked to the door that led outside. Miles remained in his position watching over them. Mikhail was pushing his hair back while Soren was busy sticking like a bug on Mikhail's side.
"I should learn more fashion tips from him," he whispered to himself. He knew Koreans have good fashion tastes but it was his first time seeing its manifestation in front of him. Mikhail knew what colors were easy to combine and how to look elegant with them.
Not just that, his toned body was a perfect fit for the outfits he wore which only added to the allure he had.
"Miles, let's get going!" Kael called from the door wherein Miles followed quickly.
Once they were out, Soren took the endeavor of pressing the elevator button and the three got inside. Miles sighed because at the very least he didn't have to go out alone but he was also stressed because he was with these guys who put his measly basic face into shame.
It was quite a long time going down the building and while he was there, Miles observed the two again.
Mikhail was on his phone texting someone that Miles didn't bother snooping in. He turned his gaze to Soren and saw that the actor was looking at Kael. He wasn't just looking regularly. He was basically eyeing him so much that even Miles could identify that the man was undressing Kael in his mind, or at the very least, was kissing him.
