[Act 6 - Soren Chandler - Age 18]
"Hyung!" Soren exclaimed as he hurriedly made his way to the gate where the head maid and several other helpers were waiting while the car was entering.
Soren's worry and panic instantly disappeared when he saw Mikhail peek from the opened window and wave at him.
Thank goodness nothing wrong happened to them.
When the car finally parked, the doors opened and the two college students got out. Allistair and Mikhail both sat in the rear seats while the driver and the bodyguard were occupying the driver's seat and the passenger's seat respectively.
The butlers who had more strength took the two young men's suitcases out of the trunk and brought them inside the mansion where they would probably place them in the respective owner's rooms.
"Hyung! Hyung!" Soren excitedly called again and Mikhail smiled warmly. The younger Chandler ran to his hyung and locked him in a tight embrace.
Thump! Thump!
Soren could feel his heart pounding loudly as he indulged in the warmth of Mikhail's body. He even took a deep inhale to smell Kael's scent and he made sure it was enough to engrave in his mind for the next time they depart from each other.
However, that isn't his concern right now. All he cared about was the fact that Mikhail was once more here with him and nothing else.
"I missed you!" He looked up with a flushed face.
"What about me?" Allistair asked while standing beside Kael and watching his younger brother practically throw himself at Kael like a cannonball.
"Yeah, you too, Ali. I kinda missed you," Soren teased while sticking his tongue out and Allistair frowned at it.
"Come here, you little shit," the older man cursed before trying to grab Soren but the latter was quicker as he ran back to the house laughing as his brother chased him. Mikhail was left in the garage chuckling and he turned to face the head maid who was ordering the other helpers around.
"Nan!" He missed his nanny so much.
There was no one there to cater to his needs so Mikhail learned to be independent. Plus, his nan taught him how to cook properly so he was able to make himself and Ali delicious meals every day.
"My little baby! Look at you, you have grown a lot!" She also cried as she hugged Kael.
Nan Emelita had been taking care of Kael ever since he was born. She was the mother of one of Dimitri's close confidants in the organization and to ensure her safety, she took on the job of raising the one and only young master of the Cavalleros.
They talked for a few more minutes until they heard something crash inside the mansion.
Nan Emelita's face immediately turned dark as she turned and headed for the door.
"Don't be too harsh on them, Nan," Kael laughed awkwardly while scratching his cheek but she was already far enough to not hear his voice.
"Soren! Allistair! Come here this instant!" She yelled and he knew that it would be a good thirty minutes of her giving the two men a piece of her mind and scolding them about breaking something.
Kael missed this.
Though Soren and Allistair always fought, there were still a lot of times they acted like brothers who cared for each other. But of course, that involved rough fighting.
It was considerable when they were younger though.
But now that they are adults who have great bodies, rough fighting always equates to something breaking inside the mansion like vases and glass cups.
