The group of various elfs charge out of the workshop, cheering and yelling, led by the taller head elf, Bernard. With Noel in his hand, they rush out the doors and down the stone steps. Standing before them are the toy soldiers, standing at attention in 3 lines. The head elf sides to a stop, holding his hands out to slow the other elves to a halt. Everyone freezes as they stare down at them. Neol turns to Bernard with a slightly worried but rebellious look on her face.

'Snowballs, on three!' The head elf shouts, turning back towards the toy soldiers. 'One!'  The elves, including Charlie, Carol and Noel, crouch to the floor. 'Two!' They grab a ball of snow from the floor before bringing it up over their heads, ready to throw. 'Three!' Bernard yells, punching the air. The elves throw their snowballs at the soldiers. The balls hit and smash against their porcelain bodies, not making a difference.

The soldiers start marching towards them. Noel's body clenches up before grabbing hold of Bernard's hand again. 'What do we do?' She asks, squeezing his hand tighter. The head elf looks to her with a cheeky grin before turning back. 'Okay, elves!' He shouts before raising his free fist into the air. 'Let's get 'em!'

Everyone yells as they charge towards the toys. Noel and Bernard stay hand in hand as he pulls her through the middle, towards the back. She holds her leg out as she goes, tripping a couple of them up onto the cold, snowy ground. 'Nice one.' Bernard compliments as they reach a nearby, locked shed. Letting go of his girlfriend's hand, the head elf rushes over to the lock, pulling out a key made out of ice. 'What's that for?'

'For the shed, silly.' Bernard chuckles, unlocking the tall, heavy, wooden shed doors. 'Grab the other side.' He points to the left door, still chuckling slightly. Noel grabs the curled handle, smiling at her elf. Pulling at the same time the doors open revealing two yellow snowmobiles.

'Holy Santa!' Noel glees, walking towards them. 'Since when did we have these?'
'Few months.' Bernard smiles at Noel, noticing the glitter regaining on her face, rementising her beauty. 'I've been hiding them. It was a small project I was doing on the side.'

'You've been hiding them?' Noel questions, running her hand across the polished rims. 'From who?'

'You.' He admits, blushing slightly. Noel turns quickly, noticing the blush rising on his glittery cheeks.

'Me?'

'Yes, you.' He walks over to her slowly, reaching for her hands. 'It was supposed to be your Christmas present.' Noel smiles softly as she looks into his chocolate eyes. She could see the slight embarrassment he was feeling. Leaning up to him she pecks her lips onto his in a small kiss. 'I love it, B. I love you.'

'Shall we?' The head elf smiles, leading her into one of the snowmobiles. Undoing the Christmas bow, Bernard jumps into his before turning on the ignition. 'Wait!' Noel jumps from hers before grabbing the ribbon out of his hand. She ties it to the back of her snowmobile before tying it to the back of Bernard's. 'So we can trip them up.' She chuckles.

As she runs back to her snowmobile, Bernard grabs her hand before pulling her down so she's at the same level. 'You're perfect.'

Noel jumps back into her snowmobile, before zooming out of the open doors. They drive past a few elves, signalling them to move aside as they head towards a trio of toy soldiers. The couple send them flying, their various body parts ripping apart. Bernard starts cheering white laughing as he looks over to a beyond gorgeous, smiling Noel.

Pulling back up at the shed, the ecstatic head elf leaps out of his snowmobile before helping Noel out of hers. 'That was so fun!' Noel glees as Bernard pulls her into his chest. 'Are you ok? You didn't hurt yourself did you? I mean that was so fun I just thought that-'

Noel silences him with a kiss. As she pulls away she runs her hands down his arms, relaxing him. 'I'm fine, B. Except this.' she points at her ears. 'I'm fine.'

'We'll figure something out.' He nods, continuing to look at her human ears before kissing her head softly, taking in her scent. 'Now.' he pulls away, 'Shall we kick some butt?'

'It would be an honour.'

The pair run together, helping tackle down the toy soldiers. Noel notices Carol and a group of girl elves being pushed into a corner of the courtyard. She runs overs but is pushed to them by one of the soldiers. Bernard doesn't notice as he helps Curtis tie up one of the soldiers to a nearby lamp post. Carol holds her arms out to protect Noel and the elves.

'Stay right here, girls.' The Principal says before walking up to the middle soldier. 'I want you to look into my eyes.' Leaning closer to it, Carol squints her eyes. 'What do you see?' The toys begin to shake before rushing off in fear. Noel stands with her mouth wide, surprised at what just occurred. The other elves begin to laugh and cheer as Carol walks back over.
'You've still got it.' Noel chuckles as Carol reaches her. 'Yep. Still do.'

'I've got to say, what you're doing is really brave.' Noel tells Carol as they walk towards a cheering Bernard and his number two. 'The toy soldiers?' Carol looks down at Noel slightly confused. 'It's a bit strange but I did only find out about this place a few minutes ago.'

'No. I mean-'

'Snowflake!' Bernard chimes as he pulls Noel into a side hug. 'Are you ok? You missed this in action.' He holds up his arms in a bodybuilding pose, making Noel chuckle. 'Hey, how ya doing? I'm Bernard, head elf.' The head elf holds his hand out to Carol. 'Carol.' She smiles, shaking it. 'How do you know Scott?'

'She's Charlie's Principal, at school.' Noel tells him, wrapping her arm around his. Carol stares at the couple for a second before narrowing her eyes. 'Are you two, together?' Carol asks, pointing between the two. Noel blushes slightly, hiding her face into his neck. 'Yes. We are.' Bernard announces, proudly. Curtis pretend gags, making Noel laugh into Bernard's neck.
Just at that moment, the group hears a commotion above them. All looking up they see Scott and the toy version of himself up in the air on the sleigh. 'Watch out! The building! Left, left!!' Scott shouts to the reindeer who completely ignore him. 'Oh well. The town will break the fall.' The toy Santa shouts back at Scott, right before crashing into one of the chimneys, breaking the reindeer free.

'Look out!!' Noel shouts to the elves right before the sleigh crashes onto the snow, covered ground, sliding across the courtyard. The sleigh halts as it hits a couple soldiers, sending the toy Santa flying. He lands on the ground with an almighty bang.

A group of cheering elves run towards the toy, tackling it back onto the ground. 'Get off me!! Now remember rules are very, very important!' Charlie, Noel, Bernard, Curtis and Carol rush over to the sleigh where an out of breath Scott leans against the polished rail. Bernard and Noel go either side of Scott, helping him out the sleigh. 'Hey, guys, back up.' Scott calls to the elves who pile up on the toy. 'I've got a special place for him.' The elves cheer, pulling the toy up and through the workshop doors.

'Shrink him back through the machine!' Scott demands before shushing back through the workshop to the launch bay.
'That's the end of The Toy Soldiers.' Noel smiles, holding onto Bernard's warm hand.
