Chapter 27

Team Rwby and Team JPNR waited near the Bullhead landing pad.

Blake: I feel like this was unnecessary.

Weiss: She said to catch him. She didn't exactly say how.

Pyrrha: Is he going to be okay?

Ruby: He'll be fine!....he will be fine, right?

Weiss: For the last time, yes! .......Probably.

Yang: Weiss. I'm usually not a violent person.

The group gave her a side glance before quickly looking away, avoiding her gaze.

Yang: But, so help me if something goes wrong.

Blake leans over to whisper to Ruby

Blake: *Whispering* She wouldn't do something drastic to her friends, right?

Ruby: *Whispering* Depends on what your definition of drastic is.

Weiss: We can hear you!

Yang: I wouldn't do anything too drastic.....I'll just switch bunks.

Weiss: ......Huh?

Yang: Yup. Ruby can have my bed. And Nora can be your new bunk mate.

Weiss slowly turned her attention to Nora, who had a giant smile on her face.

Nora: Frieeeeeend...

She whispered as Weiss turned back to Yang worried.

Weiss: Y-Your not serious.

Yang: Do you really wanna risk it?

Both look at Nora, who slowly waves at them.
She turns towards Jaune and Ren, who are currently chipping away at a block of ice that held Y/N frozen in the center.

Weiss: Are you almost done?

Jaune: Almost....

Ren: Not even close.

Nora: What if we smashed it?

Blake: I think that might shatter him.

Pyrrha: And leaving him to thaw in the sun might take a while.

Ruby pulls out Crescent Rose.

Ruby: What if -

The ice suddenly shatters, dropping Y/N.

Y/N: S-s-so cold.

Goodwitch: Will someone please explain why he was incased in ice?

Ruby: Well.....you said to catch him, and I totally had this epic plan to catch him -

Blake: She was going to put some pictures of Yang under a box with a stick and string holding it up.

Ruby puffs her cheeks

Ruby: It was more complicated than that!

Blake: Okay. So what was the rest of it.

Ruby: ..............

Her face turns red while trying to think of how to respond.

Yang: Ruby, you weren't just gonna pull the string and drop the box on him....right?

Ruby: N-n-no!

She said, trying to keep a straight face and not feel just a little embarrassed.

Weiss: The sad part I think it would have been effective.

Y/N: S-s-s-shut u-u-u-up.

Blake: Soo, why did you want us to catch him?

Ms.Goodwitch: I found someone.....someone who is eager to speak with him.
