We get to the inn, and Frog Man waves to the barman. The barman, a male Calamarian, tells us to take a seat as Din thanks Frog Man. We take out seats and the barman asks if we would like chowder. "Nothing for me, but these two will take some chowder." Din says.

"These seats are scarce, buddy. Everyone seated needs to eat." Barman says. Din says he can pay for something else, and hands over credits, asking for information about other Mandalorians. Barman takes the credits and tells us he's served other people in beskar here. He serves me a bowl and I look at it. It looks like white puke. I don't want to eat it, but I don't want to waste it either.

I grab one of the rolls on the table and dip into the chowder. I take a small bite, and find it's actually pretty good. The barman speaks with a squid looking guy, who comes over to our table. I hear the baby cry out, and find a small squid around his face. "Don't play with your food." Din tells him, poking the squid with his knife.

The baby looks up at Din and I can feel he's offended, feeling like he was fighting for his life. The squid man sits with us, and we barter passage to the other Mandalorians. It's not cheap, but what is cheap these days? After the kid and I finish, we follow Squid to his ship. It's a large fishing boat with a good number of crewmen. We set out, and I get a bad feeling. I covertly make sure I have my saber, having found it in my room before leaving the Crest.

We're out in the ocean when Squid asks if we've ever seen a Mamacore eat before. Din says nothing, so I keep quiet too. Apparently it's quite the sight, something that might interest the baby. The bad feeling gets worse, and I can feel Din is getting suspicious too, but follows Squid to the holding bay. The hatch opens, and another squid man drops fish into the water.

"She must be hungry. Oftentimes we feed her in the early morning, but we missed that because we were going out of port." He grunts out the word port as he hits the crib with his stick, sending the baby over the bay. I barely have time to react as a large creature comes out of the water. I see the kid just barely close the pram before being swallowed.

Both Din and I scream no, and he dives in after the baby. A crewman grabs me, pinning my arms behind me as Squid has his crewman close the hatch, claiming the beskar is now theirs. I fight against the one holding me as Din comes up for air. I head butt the one holding me, getting free. I roll out of the way, and pull out my saber.

"Fuck, she's a Jedi! Kill her!" Squid commands. Half the crew comes after me as the other half stab at Din to drown him. I use the Force to grab one and throw him overboard as I swing my saber at another. It cuts through his hook and I decapitate him. As I turn to another foe, a Mandalorian drops from the sky, fighting the ones trying to drown Din.

Two more join the fight and the entire crew is dead quickly. One of them points their blaster at me, but I ignore them and run for the controls. I get the hatch opened and the one with the blaster out sees Din. They holster their blaster as I turn off my saber, quickly making my way to Din. "The creature! It has the child!" Din coughs as the other Mandalorian and I pull Din out.

One of the other Mandalorians says she's on it, diving into the water. We get Din to some coiled rope to sit on, and he begs the new Mandalorian to help the baby. She says they got this, but it's taking too long for my liking. I dive in as Din tells me to stop. I swim down and find the creature and the other Mandalorian. We fight it together, getting the pram free, and she grabs me before jetpacking it out of the water.

I cling to the pram as we land, heart heavy. I don't know if the pram is watertight, but it's banged up in a way that doesn't matter. We land and I pry the pram open. The baby is ok, although terrified. I pull him out, then Din pulls me to him, hugging us both. "Thank you. I've been looking for more of our kind." Din pants above me, still catching his breath.
