Plan In Action

I don't know what the fuck Boba is doing, but I swear I'm gonna throw up if he keeps flying the way he is. We found an imperial ship, and I believe the plan is to take it as a means of sneaking on to Gideon's ship. Eventually we stop flying all haphazardly, Boba telling us he's docking on the ship. Din and Cara will board it.

I stay on Boba's ship as they board, feeling the tension. I can't hear what's being said, but I can feel Cara getting pissed. The Force begs me to be let out and go feral, but I shush it. It can go feral when we face Gideon. Cara comes back alone, and only tells me to join Din on the shuttle. Feeling her anger, I decide to not question her.

I board the ship, which I see is a Lambda class shuttle. Din is in the pilot seat, there's two dead pilots on the floor, and there's a doctor in the back seat, whimpering in pain. "The kriff happened?" I ask. The doctor looks up, his jaw dropping when he sees me.

"You're a Greyling! I've dreamed of meeting your kind for so long!" He says. I see a slight blaster burn on his face, like a bolt barely missed him. Din flies the ship, following Boba. I look at the doctor, and hold my hand to his burn. I use the Force to heal him, and he's awestruck.

"What happened?" I ask the doctor.

"You guys boarded our shuttle, and killed the pilots." He answers.

"How did we kill them?" I ask.

"The one was mocking the other woman about Alderaan. I'm guessing she's from there. I'm Doctor Pershing, by the way." He tells me. No wonder Cara is pissed.

"You may call me Purple." I tell him, sitting next to Din. We enter hyperspace, on our way to recruit Bo-Katan and her group.

"It's an honor to meet you, Purple. I've heard so many stories about your race! May I ask some questions?" Dr. Pershing asks.

"No." Both Din and I say. Pershing jumps, and looks away. I reach out with the Force, and feel he's genuinely curious. I groan, and turn to face him.

"Ask your questions, but know that I withhold the choice to not answer." I tell him. His face lights up, and he thinks of a question.

"How old are you?" He asks.

"Almost twenty one." I answer.

"Really!? And you're out and about? From my research, Greylings aren't considered adults until they are forty years old!" He says. I raise an eyebrow, and he shrinks. "Sorry. Um.... Can you use the Force?" He asks. I slightly glance at Din, and feel he doesn't think I should answer. After a few moments of silence, Pershing asks another question. "Is it true you can't die?" He asks.

"Well.... Technically. I do die, but a few hours later I come back." I tell him.

"Fascinating!!! Do you see a Great Beyond of some sort?" He asks.

"No, I'm just in a dark void for a little while. But I still remember, and can hear others in the void. I'm thinking I'm in some sort of purgatory, like a holding cell. Not dead, but not alive either." I tell him. I feel Din's surprise, and the questions continue. I end up not answering most of them, but Pershing seems to accept it.

We arrive at another planet, and land with Boba. Cara and Fennec join me and Pershing, while Boba and Din go to recruit Bo-Katan. We deal with the dead bodies, then wait. Cara is still pissed off, and Fennec seems bored. Pershing starts to ask me another question, but Cara hits him with the stock of her gun, telling him to shut up.

"Hey!!!! He has been cooperative!!! Don't you dare touch him again!" I command.

"He's an Imp!" She growls.
