Mon, are you aware of our destination? I haven't told you the address. Becky grinned while glancing at Freen.

I am aware of where your store is. I've already been there. That was your shop, according to your father. Becky answered.

The vehicle completely stops. The Sarochas' flower business is where it parks. She runs the store with her mother. Only after she was involved in an accident did it cease. Freen missed the shop more than she thought. She remembers the way the flowers are arranged outside the shop, and when you come inside, it is wide enough that they were able to put a small white hammock with laced flowers around it. The smell of the flowers always gives her peace of mind.

The sound of the passenger door opening distracted Freen from her thoughts. Using her cane, Freen moves outside. Mon is leading her, and she can feel Mon's touch holding her like porcelain. I'm grateful, Mon. You are a lovely girl.

Becky's cheeks turned a bright tomato red. She felt relief when she realized Freen couldn't see her. She cannot help but fix her gaze on Freen.

Are you staring at me, Mon? Freen questioned.

Becky was startled. What? How did you know? ... No, I mean, I am not staring at you.

Freen smirks. Stay calm. Everything is alright. You are aware that losing one sense causes your other senses to become more acute. Furthermore, I can feel that you are looking at me intently and that you are probably blushing right now.

You're so full of yourself. Becky shakes her head and closes the door.

Thanks to Freen's laughter and inch-perfect turn toward the car, their faces are a few inches apart when Becky stands up straight. Freen can feel Becky's breath. Mon, tell me. Do you find me attractive, or am I just full of myself?

Becky struggled to speak as she gasped. Mon, did the cat got your tongue? Do you want my assistance with that?

Becky retreats a step. Woah, hold your horses, young lady. Are you flirting with me? It seems you are. Becky is making an effort to calm down. She would absolutely laugh at her face if only Freen could see her. Even Becky's ears are covered in red on her face. She feels warm.

Freen was about to say something when they heard a bell. She knows it's the flower shop door. A man in his early twenties approached them.

Freen, you're here! Your mom will be very happy. The man looked at Freen's side and was amazed by how beautiful Freen's companion is. By the way, Freen, who's with you? Freen is aware of the owner of the voice. She knows it is Nop.

Freen is irritated for no apparent reason. Mon, this is Nop. He helps my mom run the shop.

Nop extended a hand. Hi, Mon. I never imagined that just by seeing you, my day would become so great. Freen cannot help but roll her eyes.

Hi, nice to meet you, Nop. Freen can hear the acceptance radiating from Becky's response. Apparently, it makes her more annoyed at the situation. She doesn't know what's happening to her.

Nop, Freen called. Let's get inside; it's getting hot in here. Becky automatically went to Freen's side, which made her feel giddy inside. She acts like a child who was given a lollipop. The three went inside the shop.

Freen! My favorite daughter! You made me so happy by coming here. Mary opens her arms to hug her daughter.

Mom, I am your only daughter. Freen giggles. Oh, this is Mon, my private nurse. Freen introduces Becky.

Mary approaches Becky. Hi Mon, it's nice seeing you. I hope you don't have a migraine because Freen will definitely make your head ache.

Mon, would you like to see our flower arrangements? Nop interrupts. He is excited to show it to Mon, and he's hoping Mon will be impressed.

Oh sure, Becky is too shy to refuse, so she comes along. Little did she know someone was sulking on the side. Wow, these look great! The colors are lively, and it smells good.

I'm happy you think so. Which flower do you prefer? Nop enquired.

I enjoy roses. Becky beams. She feels strangely out of place next to Nop.

I apologize for disturbing you two. Mon, do you have a moment to talk? Mary came up to the two. Freen was still seated in the chair behind the front desk when she left. Mary and Mon moved to a quiet area. Mary gave Mon a hug. Beck, I'm delighted you're back. Mary is also aware of Becky's predicament.

Becky is sincerely appreciative of Freen's family's help. I'm sorry for doing this, Auntie. I should be honest with Freen, I realize that. I simply am not prepared yet.

We know you have a good reason for doing this. We just hope you'll come clean with Freen as early as possible. I don't think she will appreciate that you're hiding something from her. Mary comforts Beck.

I know Auntie. Don't worry; just as I promised, I'll tell her everything. Just give me a week.

A/N

If someone you cherish hides something from you, how would you feel? Would you accept it, or would you end the connection between you two?

I hope you're all doing well. Thank you for reading!
