A/N: Hello!

I wanted to start by saying that there may be a few inconsistencies in the story after this point since it's been so long since writing it, so that's my bad. There are also going to be a few weird time skips as I get back into writing (I also just don't have it in me to write a ton of fluff that I don't already have planned out). So it will kind of be a collection of connected one-shot style ideas if you get what I mean. More updates to come sporadically.

On another side note, the World Cup! Wow! What a tournament! I'm heartbroken for the US girls.

I hope you enjoy and thank you so much for reading! <3

Meghan's POV:

Emily and have been doing well. We had our moment at the last camp where she came on a little strong during one of our makeout sessions and I won't lie that it freaked me out. I know she would never hurt me but it still broke some of that trust that we had. We have been working hard to get back to where we were and it's going well. And I couldn't be happier. Em and I are doing well, Kelly and Eliza are still going strong and all my besties have been called up for the Olympics. I can't believe I made it. It's still crazy. I also have been doing pretty good with my anxiety and panic attacks. Not great by any means. But seeing Leah regularly and getting back to a routine has definitely helped. And my baby Moose!

I step off the plane in Rio with Emily right behind me. It's been a bit of a whirlwind lately. We have all been working so hard to make sure we are ready to beat everyone.

The air was thick and humid. I can already feel my hair getting frizzy. This is going to be so fun to play in. NOT.

Oh well. The team makes their way up to the village and finds our rooms. It is so crazy. This is my first Olympics and having all these intense athletes living in the same area is a lot. Emily and I follow the team up to finally make it to our way to our room and I flop onto one of the beds. I'm completely exhausted from our travels.

Soon a warm figure curls up next to me and wraps her arms around me.

"Get some sleep. We don't have anything till dinner," she whispers and I don't have to think twice before my eyes slip shut dreaming of the next few days that will be filled with training and getting ready for our first game.

First Game

Emily holds my hand as we get off the bus and walk through the stadium to the locker rooms. In just a short time we will be playing New Zealand.

After coming back into the locker rooms after warm-ups I walk over to my locker. There hanging in it is my kit with HULL in big letters across the back. Suddenly I am frozen in my place. I can't believe I made it here. I mean I am about to start in the fucking Olpyics! I never thought I would make it here let alone make it out of New Hampshire. I feel Kelly's hand resting on my shoulder.

"You ok?"

"Ya... I just can't believe I am here."

"I know. I'm so proud of you!" She embraces me in a hug.

"Thank you for everything" I mumble into her shoulder.

"You're welcome but I didn't really do much. This is all you." I only hum in response.

Quarterfinal game

The last few days have flown by. How I even made it here is beyond me. I'm pretty sure when we get home I'm not going to remember anything.
