Chapter 15

Luz's POV:

I woke up tied to a wall in a dark room. I was on what sounded like a boat

I quickly took note of my surroundings and I noticed that the entire Hexsquad was here except for Amity and the twins

"Guys" I whispered. No reaction

"Guys!" I whispered slightly louder. Still nothing

I looked around and noticed a small stone on the floor. I kicked it in Matt's direction, making him immediately wake up

"Ow! What was that for, Steve?" He groaned

I rolled my eyes and whispered again "Matt, quieten down! We've been captured by Odalia, remember?"

"Oh yeah... Wait, why are you telling me this?"

"Bruh. You can control rocks, remember? Use it to slice of the ropes on your hands"

"Oh yeah..." Mattolomule drew a small spell circle with his finger

A small spike shot out through the wall and cut through the binds, making Matt drop to the ground. He then came up to me and cut my hands free as well

"Thanks. Let's start freeing the others so we can make a plan" I suggested as he nodded and made his way over to Gus as I made my way over to Willow

"Willow. Willow, wake up" I lightly slapped her cheek until she opened her eyes

"Wha- huh? Where-"

"Odalia's ship. She captured us" I said as I started untying her binds

"Shit, okay..." Willow moved over to Boscha and started untying her binds as Gus did the same for Hunter

Matt moved over to Xenos and I moved on to Zira

I was about to untie them before I noticed that their binds were already undone

"Yo" They greeted, dropping their binds to the ground

"Oookay? I guess you didn't need help then" I said

"Oh please. I'm the Emperor's kid. I've been trained for situations like this"

"Well then, let's try make an escape plan, guys" I said as everyone sat on the floor in a circle

"Okay, so as we all know we've been captured and we're on a ship. Amity, Emira and Edric are missing, so any ideas?" I asked the team

"Well, all our weapons and suits have been confiscated and it's most likely that the room is Hex'd so no magic will work for breaking out the room" Zira pointed out

"Okay, I have an idea" Gus said "why don't we wait until we've arrived at the place. People will most likely come untie us to transfer us somewhere else, right? So they don't know that we're free"

"Ahh, I see where you're going with that" Willow carried on "so then we catch them off guard, locate the Blight siblings... And then what?"

"We book it off the ship" Zira said

"Into a foreign country?" Hunter questioned

"Like we have any other choice. We can't stay here, Odalia will call reinforcements. Let's detail the plan a bit. Once we take down the guards, I was awake when they carried us in and I noticed where they took the Blights and put our gear. We go after our gear then the Blights. Sound good" Zira asked

"We don't really have any other option, so, go Hexsquad?" Matt asked, putting his hand in the middle of the circle

Everyone did the same "Go Hexsquad!" We all whisper shouted as the boat stopped
