Estella and Charlotte arrived at the school canteen. Estella scanned the canteen and spotted Alaric sitting with his friends at the last table. She walked over with Charlotte and introduced her to the group. Ian tried to flirt with Charlotte, but she rejected him, and their friends laughed.

Dylan asked his friends about their plans for the upcoming weekend. Ethan suggested fishing, but everyone found it boring. Ember proposed the idea of going to a club, but Alaric reminded her that Estella was not of legal age to enter the premises. Eventually, Estella came up with the idea of camping, which was enthusiastically embraced by her friends. After finalizing the plan, they spent two days camping and enjoyed each other's company in the canteen.
After the lunch break, everyone went to their classes. After attending all their classes, Estella and Charlotte went to the school's exit and said goodbye to each other. Estella joins Alaric and sits on the passenger seat in his car. Ember suddenly joins them and insists on sitting in the front seat when she sees Estella already there. Alaric promptly obliges and allows her to sit in the back seat.
Ember hopped into the backseat of the car, and they drove to her house. During the ride, Ember struck up a conversation with Alaric, asking about how they spent some quality time together in the evening. Alaric told her that he was taking Estella to his home because his grandmother was waiting for them. Ember began to feel angry towards Estella.
Alaric and Ember reached the door of Ember's house and said their goodbyes, and as Alaric turned to leave, Ember suddenly grabbed his hand and kissed him. Alaric felt weird at the thought of them kissing in front of Estella as he got back into the car.
They drove to Alaric's house, and on the way, he asked Estella about her day, and she told him everything.
When they arrived, Alaric's grandmother welcomed Estella and hugged her. Due to their friendship, Estella also visited Alaric's house often. His grandmother suggested they get cleaned up and have lunch with her.
After freshening up, Alaric's grandmother asked Estella about her first day of high school, and Estella told her everything. They all enjoyed lunch together with a bit of casual conversation, and then Alaric told his grandmother about their upcoming camping trip on the weekend.
Alaric dropped Estella off at her house after lunch and said goodbye. She entered her house and went into the kitchen to get some juice and saw her maid. She greeted her maid and her maid alia returned the greeting, then Estella went to her room to change into comfortable clothes.
She finished her homework to make sure she could devote some time to her dad. After finishing her homework, she took a nap.
When she woke up, she found that her father had arrived home. Estella greeted him warmly, and they began to chat. He inquired about her first day, and she shared details about her weekend trip with him. He advised her to take good care of herself and enjoy her weekend trip. After a delightful conversation, they proceeded to the kitchen to dine.
After dinner, she went to bed and opened her diary to write about her new life. She had been following this habit since she turned twelve years old. After writing her diary, she switched off her bedroom lights and slept.
