Third POV

It's been a week, Nova and Spock have been slowly working on the damages done in the laboratory.

"Ok, this panel is finished. I'll come for the next one tomorrow and that should be it." Nova smiles as Spock, his job was to hand her tools and make sure panels work properly afterwards. They wouldn't talk much during tho, Nova was focused on fixing and Spock was thinking about the words she had said. 'Spock! Kepha, ne bond! Tan ce!' Were her words exactly. Her main message of course was to simply say thank you, but what else did she say? What does Kepha mean? What is ne bond? What did Tan ce mean? They also haven't touched since that day. It was nice to feel they were feeling the same thing but still the unknown is scary.

"Shore leave is tomorrow, instead of fixing the last panel may I suggest getting off the ship? Studies show it can improve vigor and health over all." Spock states looking at Nova. He looks away. "I was also wondering if you would be opposed to spending it with me?" Spock does not express this easily, but his logic was sound. As far as he was concerned Bones had put in charge of helping Nova. It would also ease his concern for her.

"I would be glad to Kepha!" Spock's ears perk up at the word. Novas eyes widen before they relax, realizing he didn't know what that means.

"I've been meaning to inquire about certain wo-"
Spock was cut off by an announcement.

"Commander Spock, chief Wild to the bridge." Kirks voice sounds through the ship. They walk quickly to the bridge.

"Permission to step on the bridge Captain?" Nova says.

"Granted, glad to see your up and going. Can't do anything without your pretty face around." Kirk winks at Nova.

"I'm not around for most of the time Captain so I can safely assume nothing gets done." Nova rolls her eyes.

"What can I say? I need you." Kirk smirks at her. Uhura turns in her seat.

"He says that to everyone." She says giving Kirk the stank look. Kirk flails his arms in the air.

"You had your chance Nyota." Kirk then smiles at her reaction as she sticks out her tongue before turning around.

"You playa." Nova says walking over to her station.

"Or do I fall in love to easily?" Kirk frowns while putting I hand his face.

"I do believe it's the latter as you guys say." Spock chimes in going to his post.

"Ok ok that's enough. Landing protocol lets go." Kirk sighs before giggling to himself. They dock on there designated platform for repairs. "Chekov put on a broadcast. Ok crew, have a nice break we should be here about two days, go have fun! Captain out." The broadcast ends as everyone gets up to stretch and leave. Spock and Nova look at each other from there seats before getting up and meeting.

"Would you like to leave now?" Spock asks with his head tilted slightly to the right.

"I was thinking we should change first." Nova smiles, Spock nods before offering his arm to her; something he's been doing all week. Even tho Nova hasn't felt dizzy since the day she fell she takes it anyway.

"Are you excited?" Spock asks as they made there way to the lift.

"Yes very, I do find most of my excitement comes from spending more time with you." Nova says nonchalantly. Spock wonders how she does that, to be so bold in her feelings.

"I can say the same." Spock states reluctantly.

"I appreciate you being so open with me about how you feel. I understand it can be difficult." Nova mutters. Spock leans down to her and basically whispers to her.
